I have very hard water so must get it drained every year. They did a great job.

The technician arrived within the 3 hour window I was given when I setup the appointment. He was careful to not track in dirt from outside. I showed him where the water heater was, he went back to his van, got his tools and flushed the water heater. When finished he warned me about possible air in the pipes when I first used faucets after he left. He was here less than 30 minutes.

Tech explained what they were going to do both inside and outside the house. Answered all my questions along the way.

Everything went excellently. The technician and his apprentice were on time, took extra care to not track dirt from the yard into the house as they moved back and forth between the house and the air conditioner unit. Although I had purchased a Wi-Fi thermostat complete with installation from Amazon, their technician could not install it. After completing the air conditioner tune-up, they went to work installing the thermostat and were done in no time! Very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the way the lead technician explained everything to the apprentice as they went along. The entire process was great.

Most appreciated that he was honest and informed me the water heater was 25 years old, but didn't pressure at all for a sale.

The professional was knowledgeable and professional. I would've liked to get a new air filter. The one I had looked ok but it was only a 30 day air filter that was several months past the 30 day mark.

It was a very easy process, and he wasn't here for long. There was nothing really wrong, and he didn't try to up sell me.

They came out and everything went good. They were very knowledgeable. They did the job in not to long of a time and left. That was it. I would call them again. They came out right after I purchased it. There was no other charges. They flushed the hot water heater. They did the job very efficiently and left.

Work completed on time. No problems found. Technician gave me one very useful tip I did not know.

he rep came out promptly on the date/time scheduled, and noted that the return air (a concern of ours) was working fine, the system worked well, however there were a couple holes in the flue that needed repair. I was told I'd be sent an invoice listing the repairs needed (and where), and a quote for the work. After not receiving this invoice, I called the company a week later in order to get the invoice and a quote for the repairs. I received an invoice, but no quote was provided, and the location of the holes in the flue weren't noted either. After asking for a quote, the representative just e-mailed back "You need your whole system replaced". So I asked for a quote for the system replacement, but never got a response. We then found out that there were multiple spots in our system where the return air wasn't even CONNECTED. We were getting little to no return in multiple rooms. How the company representative missed this is unfathomable, considering it was my plumber who caught it. All in all, a real waste of money even for an Angieslist "deal". Little to no responsiveness on the inquiry for the work, and obviously a horrible job done by the rep in missing obvious disconnections in the line.
