+ -1 moreVery friendly, punctual, and professional. They did a tune up for my furnace which is 3 1/2 yrs old. When I came home in February, the temperature is 55 degrees around in the house and the furnace would not tick on. When I called them, they said that they did not guarantee the work on the tune up and because I was calling at 6:15, that would be considered time and a half charge.

Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. They came out for annual service and offered to level our outside blower that was slanting. Quoted us $85 plus cost of a few bricks. My wife agreed and they just left and charged us $242 and stated there were “other fees” like a service call fee that she was told nothing about. Typical bait and switch. Get in your house using Angie’s List deal and then find ways of driving up the charges after the work has been done. I WILL BE POSTING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. Dirty company who refused to drop the charges even though they never told us anything about them and the cost went up over 200%.
