Kleaning by Design

Description of Work: I have only had the pleasure of Kandy's service twice so far. She agreed to clean my house over the phone, site unseen. The first time, she came by herself. I only wanted basic cleaning, which at my house, includes three full bathrooms, dusting furniture throughout, kitchen and microwave, all floors and trash. She takes her time and does a very good job. The second time, she brought her sister. It was just before Christmas and she had agreed to clean my house on fairly short notice, despite the stress she's endouring with an ill family member. The two of them did a super job and she even left us a Christmas card! Very thoughtful! I plan to call her again very soon and am considering a bi-weekly arrangement. I have tried a few different house-cleaning companies since we've moved here 2 1/2 years ago, and Kandy is the one. Call her!

Description of Work: Had Kandy, the owner, out to give us a quote for cleaning our house. She met with my wife and had a pleasant meeting. Yet Kandy failed to get a quote to us and wouldn't return calls. Now I see that she hasn't paid her bill to Angie's List. Other reviews seem to indicate that she has a habit of not getting back to people. We have no use for this kind of contractor.
