Excellent! I haven't seen the patio look this clean in years. Great job removing nasty discoloration. He performed a soft cleaning on siding as to not harm the siding. All siding looks like new. Part of siding with green mold was removed and the entire house looks so much cleaner. Jared responded quickly to my call and provided cost and everything he would do. Was able to perform work in less than a week...would have been sooner except for the rain. Jared was professional and performed everything he said he would do. Highly recommend to others and would definitely call him again.

The day I called Jared he came to give an estimate. His price was competitive. He explained the process of cleaning and gave me a time frame depending on weather. He called to confirm a date. He arrived and again went over what he was going to do. Jared was mindful of the landscape. My house looks like it has been freshly painted and I can see the shingles on the roof. I could not be more pleased. I would definitely hire Jared again.
Description of Work: I needed the roof, house and deck cleaned due to algae, mildew and dirt. The house is redwood siding and the deck is Trex.

So pleased the results of the power washing of the house, porch, walkway and driveway. Looks like new. Concrete was treated also. Great job Jared. Would hire again and recommend to family and friends.
Description of Work: Two story white siding home that had normal grime and green mold especially on the north side. Jared came by the house the same day I called and explained the soft wash process, price quote for power wash of house, front porch, walkway and driveway, and sealing treatment on concrete. He was able to set up a tentative date in the next week, called day before and arrived as arranged. When job was completed, a walk around was performed noting just a few spots that he was unable to completely return to original due to too much time of imbedded grime, but I was still pleased with the outcome. Not ashamed of my exterior anymore. Jared came the next morning and did the sealing of the porch, walkway and driveway. He took great care with all my plants around the house during the process. Jared was professional, honest, friendly and would hire again when/if needed.

First application of spray solution done well but unfortunately it rained the evening of the day it was done leaving a few stubborn streaks. Waiting for a string of sunny days, Jared came out today, a few weeks later, and gave the roof a double dose ensuring a clean, new-looking roof. Hire this guy; he does nice work and follows through when necessary!

I was very pleased with the outcome and so were my neighbors. He was able to clean the mold from the siding and my fence is white again.

The job they did was excellent. I can't say enough how wonderful it looks. All of moss was removed from my siding. It has really brightened the look of my house and driveway. My home owner's association has even asked for their name and number to put on their monthly newsletter. They were very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
