Indy Exterior Clean

He was very good about keeping me informed re: his progress while cleaning our house. Our house definitely looked cleaner and I'm grateful that since this was the first time it's been cleaned, that it went so well. I would definitely hire Jared Duncan again. Am thinking VI may try to save up for a driveway wash. Our wood picket fence had a lot of mold and needed painting. Since it's been washed, I think we can skip painting this year.

It is a great company! I generally don't have much luck with contractors, but this time was an exception - everything went very smoothly from scheduling the initial estimate to the completion of the job. In addition to doing an excellent job on the house, Jared made an effort to accommodate my timeline and communicated promptly all along. Highly recommended!

Lots of green algae on the north side of home was entirely removed. Years of dirt was removed from rest of siding, gutters, downspouts, and exterior windows. The house looks brand new.

We were notified by our HOA that we had a mold problem on one side of our house. I contacted Jared at Indy Exterior Clean, and he promptly provided me with quotations for cleaning just the one side of the house and for cleaning the entire house. I decided to do the whole thing, even though I didn't think it needed it, and am I glad I did. Not only was the mold a thing of the past, but my entire house looked new and sparkling. I'd almost forgotten the green in my shutters. He was professional, prompt, and very reasonable. I'm going to be sure to use his service every couple of years, if not more often.

Jared did an excellent job cleaning our house and barn. The entire process was easy. He started by going over what his services included over the phone. Once we were scheduled and cleaning day came, he got to work and with an incredible attention to detail, cleaned our house and barn to the point where they looked new. I did not see any damage as he was very careful with the siding. As he went along, he did spray off our landscaping as to not damage it either. Very impressed!

Jared looked over the property, stated where there may be some cleaning issues (due to age) and presented a price for the cleaning. It was more than fair. Jared showed up on time and when I was not at home. I came back to a beautiful clean home on the outside. I have extensive flower beds around my home. NONE were affected adversely. I will ask him to power wash my concrete drive this spring. Several neighbors said to me that the house looked new.

We had Indy Exterior Clean work on two properties. When we sold our home, he did a complete outside siding cleaning (cedar and stone), roof cleaning including part that was covered with moss, cleaned the driveway and the garage floor. It really improved our 'curb appeal.' Jared thoroughly explained the process, and gave a full and accurate estimate of cost. Friendly, courteous and professional. We also had him clean a rental property. The homeowner's association had sent a notice about needing to clean the siding - one side in the shade had green algae that we were not aware of. (vinyl siding.) It was nice to be able to call someone we trusted. Very reasonable estimate for one side--we had him do the whole house because we knew what a difference a cleaning makes in appearance. Highly recommend!
