The Hoaglands came to our house, assessed the value, made improvement suggestions, and marketed our home. They kept us advised on showings and comments made by prospective buyers. After we moved out of state, they kept an eye on the house to make sure it still looked nice and was in good condition. When an offer was made, they helped us through the process, found a title company in Arizona so we could close from out of state, and even took care of a monetary omission made by the title company so the deal would not be held up. They were professional at every step of the process.

The entire process was amazing! My wife and I felt comfortable w Brad right away and he was so attentive the whole time. Whenever we found a home we were interested in, Brad quickly scheduled a time for us to see it. He always answered calls and texts back quickly. He also is very knowledgeable about all parts of each home and the possible pros and cons of the property. After walking through 9-10 homes, we found a great one! Brad moved the process along as quickly as we wanted and helped us fully understand each step and the paperwork involved. He's great at giving a thorough explanation and then stepping back so you can make decisions on your own. Closing was easy and quick and there were never any delays or curve balls along the way. The Hoaglands listed and marketed our home for sale over the past several months. We interviewed 4 different Realtors before we decided upon the Hoagland Group. They were only asking for a 5% commission, (2% for Hoagland Group and 3% for the other agent) and had a very good rapport from Angie's List. We were very impressed with their initial presentation. The photos they took to list our home were amazing. We couldn't believe how many showings we had. They helped us every step of the way during a very stressful time. We had difficult buyers to work with. Luckily the Hoagland group never flinched, and were updating us along the way. From the initial meeting to closing Steve and Tonda took care to ensure we understood the selling process and were truly a pleasure to work with. The whole team was very helpful. They really know the individual neighborhoods. They also listen to exactly what you want and try to find the absolute perfect house for you. I just closed on my house this week and I could not be happier! The last house I bought (not in Indiana through another realtor), I had instantaneous buyer's remorse. We must have looked at a dozen homes, we stated feeling guilty asking to look at home after home before we made any offers but he understands that. He was as knowledgeable as they come. We were very pleased with the entire family operation. They are just really nice, hardworking people! All three were professional, friendly, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process. They made the steps of buying and selling as easy and stress free as possible. When our house appraised much lower than any of us predicted, Tonda appealed the appraisal and attempted to handle the entire situation without involving us because we were on vacation and she didn't want to ruin it. In the end, the appraiser wasn't willing to change his original estimate, but we appreciated how she was willing to go to bat for us. We interviewed 3 realtors and were of the opinion that the Hoaglands provided the best overall package for us. After 3+ months, we were not able to agree with the builder on the scope, design and cost of our proposed new home, so we decided to delay moving. My experience with Brad and the Hoagland Group went rather well. I had a very bad experience with a previous realtor earlier this year but my interaction with Brad was smooth sailing. There was never any pressure from him to pick a home. He even weeded out some of the bad ones that I initially thought I wanted to see. He was fairly flexible when I wanted to schedule showings. And whenever I got frustrated because I couldn't find a house, he kept reassuring me that I would find one. The Hoagland Group also recommended a good mortgage lender. I found this group on Angie's List and invited them over for an interview. They are a husband and wife team. My husband and I felt very comfortable with them and immediately decided that we would like to work with them. They were EXCELLENT! We worked more with Tonda, who was available anytime, day or night, by cell. They were competent and knowledgeable about the market and process. In today’s world it is uncommon to find an organization or even a person who will do their job, much less to step out of the box or go the extra mile. I can tell you this, if you want the very best then Tonda and Steve Hoagland of the Keller Williams Hoagland Group are the real deal. Steve and Tonda are very warm people and instantly put you at ease. They actually listen to what people want and they never try to force their opinions on you. Tonda was very understanding that I was new to the process and took the time to explain all the details to me. By the end of the process, she was like a second mom to me; my mom loves Steve because they could talk about soccer for a really long time (it goes to show that they find common interests with their clients). I referred another family who were able to find a beautiful home thanks to Steve and Tonda; and they have nothing but good things to say about them as well.
