During the whole process of the house hunting, different negotiations, the millions of papers to think about, sort through, and eventually sign--they were awesome and we can't imagine going through buying a house with anyone else. Steve and Tonda helped us find the perfect home in Fishers. They were patient with us, even when we didn't know which side of Indy we were relocating to. They also helped the closing process go more smoothly and helped to entertain our kids when the title company was running behind!

This realty team was really there for us, taking or returning our calls quickly and providing excellent presentation of our home. When it sold in 10 days, they helped us each step of the way from inspection to closing and played "middleman" for us in communicating with the buyer and all involved parties. When we began our home search, they sent info to us on properties we might like, based on what we told them, rather than shotgunned us with everything that came on the market. They quickly arranged showings and encouraged us when we "struck out." They contacted owners of houses that had recently come off the market in our area of interest to see if they would be interested in a showing. We had them running very far from their Greenwood base during our search. Whenever we had questions about anything, they found the answers and got back to us quickly. We can't say enough about their thoughtfulness and support. The after-sale appreciation gifts were a very nice touch. Very professional and thorough.
