They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted. We are very happy about the design.

Amanda (design consultant) came out to walk us through some design ideas. She was great. We paid to have some 3D modeling done after we narrowed down some of our ideas. Well worth the money (the cost is eventually deducted from project if you decide to proceed with Greenleaf). After seeing the 3D drawings we were completely sold and ready to proceed. Installation crew was on-time and professional. They kept us in the loop of the daily progress and expected timeline. They cleaned up after themselves every day and when it was all over with they had the yard 100% clean of debris. They reseeded and put down straw from where the bobcat had worn down the grass (which we were warned about prior to the project even starting). Overall, we couldn't be happier and will use Greenleaf in the future. DOs: Pay for the 3D drawings up front. Go to the design centers to see the paver colors in person Make suggestions on your personal likes/dislikes. They did a great job incorporating these Have a design consultant give some 'new ideas' outside of your own DONTs: None really to mention. Project went smoothly and even came in under budget. Don't expect this to be done in a few days. Quality takes a little longer.

They are very professional and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with the results.

They have always done nice work and they have always been very good. When they came out the first time and even when they came out for the estimate, they were very nice to talk to. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Do plan out the overall design and discuss details with designer, make it a point to be at the house when most of the work is being done. The problems that came up, height of landscaping berms, planting of shrubs occured when no one could be at home when this was done. Greenleaf quickly corrected any problems.

We right now do the five treatments that include fertilization, grub control, ground aeration, weeding and things like that. We have about two and a half acres. The fertilization treatment costs $100 to $120 whereas the grub control costs $200 to $250. I think that it was a package when we first signed up wherein you would pay at the time when it is done which is nice as they don't charge you ahead of the time before they do the service. They call ahead of the time to make sure that it is okay for them to come out and do the service.

They have been excellent. They show a lot of professionalism when they did come and work. They covered what needed to be covered with extra care. Their prices are reasonable.

We weren't home when they came over. Their office is very close to where we live. I think it was the manager or the owner who said that he would stop by on his way to another job in a day or two, walk around and give us the estimate. He actually arrived in a day or two, but we never met him. They were very nice, friendly and professional when we spoke with them on the phone. We went with somebody else, but it was just the time factor; they were going to be about three or four weeks out, and we needed something sooner. The comparison of their price to the company we chose to do the work was about the same. We would consider using them again in the future.

This company gave me an accurate estimate and time table for their work. They arrived on time, they were also very polite.

The sales person did a good job of coming out to meet with us and laying out a design. We did initially had some trouble with the responsiveness of their GM, but they made it right and went over and above to make sure the job was perfect. I would absolutely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. The quality of their work is excellent.

We went to them with a basic design for the pool area and they provided additional ideas. They provided feedback on the planting materials we were interested in. Sent to us a couple of different places to look at stone and explained pros and cons. They were very professional and did a great job. We would recommend them and would use them again.

I guess it wasn't worth there time because they never showed up to give us a quote.

This company took over my account from another company. I was not notified of the change from either company. In this state, the 1st lawn treatment should be much earlier than the end of April. The machinery they used left ruts in my yard and the crabgrass had already taken root. Nothing was said at the followup appointment (no phone call or note). Unfortunately, I didn't call to complain at the time and I will do so from now on. I am changing companies at this point to one that pays a little more attention.

Application is working well-- the drought has not helped. Difficult weeds are minimal compared to earlier in the summer. Landscaping ideas for a difficult hillside are being developed. The responsiveness and professionalism of Greenleaf is refreshing!

Excellent work. Herb Kincaid is wonderful to work with and very knowledgable about all aspects of landscaping. Whenever I have a need he always manages to get it taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a full service, quality lawn care or landscaping company. The work is exceptional and very reasonably priced. They are true proffessionals.

They gave us an estimate for pavers in our side and back yard. They also gave us detailed drawings of possible landscaping options. We did not use them because their price was high compared to other estimates we received.

Everything went very well. We have a lot of flower beds; he came out with a bunch of people and several trucks. He trimmed, clipped and took away all the debris and everything. There was nothing left when they were done.

The price was comparable to the other quotes I received; they just weren't as creative as I hoped. I was looking for other creative ideas, not necessarily just doing what I had in mind. I was hoping for some ideas and suggestions so I'd say the creativity was lacking. They did do everything I asked and were priced competitively. They came when they said they were going to, gave me the quote and conducted themselves in a professional manner.

The experience has been wonderful. During the initial drawing of the plans they kept working on it until they got it to where we wanted it. On the spot in the middle of the project they did a part that we asked them to, it cost a little more, but they were easy to work with and did an extremely good job.

We currently use them for our maintenance.
