Loved the job. They came on the day I had to go out of town and by the time I returned two days later, the job was completely finished and exactly the way I wanted it. The stone used was high quality and very distinctive for my lot. I plan to use them again for future landscaping projects.

Although our dogs still run down the small remaining unpaved area, we have a backyard that is aesthetically pleasing to us and is also enjoyable for our dogs. The 3 men who completed the work were here early, stayed late and finished the job in 4 hard laboring days that I was here to witness. Mark Tipmann made himself available by phone and email during the project and his customer service was just stellar!!!!!! Although this company's work is not and quot;cheap', it was at a better price than another landscaper whom we'd had do work for us before and again, Mark Tipmann made himself available over and over and over again as we vacillated on what to do.

Removed grass on half the yard, regraded, top soil, planted 3 types of grass seed and installed straw mesh on top. Installed stone border along garage planting bed. Also reseeded several other areas. Did a great job. This is the second time I used this company to do some landscape work. I switched to them for lawn fertilization as well.

It goes lousy. We live in one of the houses in the neighborhood which Greenleaf doesn't service. This means that they think it's okay to dump ALL the snow from our condo neighbor's yard into our driveway and in the street in front of our house. They did it last year when it was a minor inconvenience. They just did it THIS year when we got a foot of snow last night. There's now two feet of snow at the bottom of our driveway, trapping us. Last year, we called and complained and they immediately got someone out to clear the snow they dumped in our driveway. This year, no one is answering the phone. They seem to do a good job of clearing for our neighbors, but they have shoddy practices and do piecemeal work.

Our project was to demolish our swimming pool and replace it with a patio area and fresh landscaping. We were open to suggestions made by designer, Mark Tippman, and are very happy with the final result. |We spent around $60,000 for this project. It took 5 weeks. This crew was fantastic. Each one of them was polite and courteous. Every night before he left, Tony, the crew leader, gave me an update on the progress and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had thought of during the day or in response to the progress of that day. They cleaned up all trash generated each day and removed it that night. No dumpster. The equipment that was left on site was secured away from the area of the yard that was likely to be used by the family or the dogs. |My favorite existing perennials were saved to be used again in the new landscape plan. The new landscape is low maintenance and will have some winter interest that the old overgrown plantings lacked. |The scope of the project was this: |The pool was demolished and filled in according to local permit standards. The old deck was removed, as was all the concrete surrounding the pool, the patio and the sidewalk. |A new patio was installed with travertine and pavers and a cedar pergola with a travertine patio. |We had an existing water feature redone to much satisfaction. |I would absolutely contact Greenleaf again about another landscaping project. We are extremely satisfied with the overall result. I love our new area. |

Mark Gross (he is no longer there) was the salesman and recommended several plants/bushes as I explained that the back side of the patio home faced the west so had very hot afternoon sun and windy area. He recommended 5 Hydrangea Endless Summer bushes and 5 Dwarf Lilac 'Bloomerang' which have not been very successful. The lilacs have all died and the hydrangea looked burnt and struggling to survive during the hot summer months. I really depended on them to recommend plants and let me know if something would not work in the space. I also had a Japanese maple bush planted in the front yard and it has also died. Clematis plants were planted in the front but some of them died as well and they did come and replant those. I have been in contact with the owner, Kent Fisher, and he has returned my call but I have had to call the last two times -- no one calls me to tell me when the items they planted are going to be replaced. I had asked that they come out to do the replacements by 11/12 but again no one showed up and I have not received any message when they are coming. Pretty disappointing after spending $2800.

Greenleaf did an amazing job in our backyard. They completely transformed our very ugly, unusable space into a backyard retreat perfect for entertaining a crowd or just relaxing with the family. They responded very well and quickly to our concerns, were very professional to work with and accommodated everything we asked for. Their designer and architect are extremely experienced and professional. I love our new space. My only concern is the price. While very competitive, they are a little on the high side. You definitely get your money's worth in design and workmanship, but a few of our plants seem to not be thriving like the others. However, all plants have a 1 year guarantee, so we will wait until spring and see what happens. Overall extremely satisfied with our whole experience and would recommend this company to anyone interested in backyard transformation.

It was great! They did a wonderful job. They made great recommendations for what we could do. The project was done in only one day, and it was a large project. They were very professional, including the staff and the owner who did the estimates. The guys who did the work were good workers and the owner was there regularly throughout the day to check on the work.

They're friendly, on time and they did a good job.

We had several companies come out and give us estimates and consultations for landscaping. We weren't happy with the landscaping the previous owners of our home had done, so we took everything out and wanted to start from scratch. We chose Greenleaf Landscaping because they could work within our budget, were professional, and created a design that we liked and fit our lifestyle. We are new to gardening, so we wanted plants that were low maintenance and that would not look sloppy in the beds. We also wanted to use river rock gravel rather than mulch. Mark Tucker met with us in the evening so that we could both be home for the meeting, which we appreciated. He created a design that we were very happy with and used plants that we liked and were low maintenance. The job got scheduled and completed very quickly. The crew of guys that did the work were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Mark has been available to us for follow up questions. We highly recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future when we landscape our backyard.

We met Mark Tippmann of Greenleaf at the Flower and Patio Show. He followed up with us soon after the show and set a date and time to meet with us. He came out, assessed our problems, and spent a good amount of time discussing possible solutions and giving us a rough idea of cost. He was a standout amongst the other providers we considered. He is a great communicator, a great problem solver, and is clearly in touch with our need to be economical but still have an outstanding end result. For us, he was the clear choice, and we are extremely pleased with the end result. After putting down a deposit, Mark made drawings, developed a detailed quote, and helped us choose materials. We scheduled a start date, and the two people who worked on the project, Dylan and Chris, began working as planned, with no delays. The quality of Dylan and Chris' workmanship is outstanding. They were meticulous and exacting. Dylan, as the project supervisor, made sure everything met his personal standards and, as problems arose, he came up with solutions. Both Dylan and Chris were pleasant, communicative, receptive to any comments we had, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure they provided the best service and best work product. They left our yard as immaculate as possible after they left, cleaning the street thoroughly, re-seeding sections of our yard that got damaged by the equipment, re-mulching where mulch had been displaced, and using a blower to remove remnants from the yard and and quot;fluff upand quot; the matted grass. Mark stopped by the worksite nearly every day and was in regular communication with us to make sure we were happy as the project progressed. Whenever I called him throughout the whole process, he would call me back right away, no matter what day or time. We could not be happier with Mark, Dylan, and Chris of Greenleaf. The end product is just what we wanted at the price we hoped to pay. Their service and communication skills place them amongst the best of the best of all service providers, not just landscapers. We will never call another company for our landscaping or hardscaping needs, and we plan to use Greenleaf again next year when we tackle our front yard. Our experience was as close to perfect as you could get.

They do a fine job. They are prompt, reliable and it's reasonably price. They have a good account manager, I believe her name is Amanda. She is friendly and she sets things up well. They do a good job on our Christmas lighting as well.

We had a tight schedule to keep and Greenleaf was able to get the work done with a couple of days to spare. After initial meeting, Mark came back with detailed design drawings and reviewed with scope with us. The overall size of the patio grew, but once it was completed, we were very pleased with the outcome. Gave us a much more comfortable and usable space. The crew addressed any concerns I had as they were presented during the installation. They also followed up on any punch list items and completed them in a very timely manner.

We had a good experience. We've used them before and continue to go back to them. They were very punctual, got here early and cleaned up after themselves. We did have issues with cable and they helped us get that rectified.

They did a great job, everything looks good. They were courteous and did not leave a mess when they left. I will definitely use them again.

They were completely professional, they had very good taste. They came up with somethings we would have never thought of on our own. There were a couple of problems, but they fixed them right away.

They have been great! They made changes when we gave our imput and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Greenleaf Landscaping are very quick in response. I think they have unique landscaping designs and their staff is outstanding.

I found them of Angie's List where they were highly rated. The work which they did looks very nice and I received some compliments by people who came by my house. They had three guys working on the project most of the time along with their equipment. Their pricing was reasonable but I am not quite sure. They were a little slow getting to my home but once they were here it was fine. They came when they said they would. One of their guys who got stung by a bee while on the project came back the next day and resumed his work. I would use them again in the future.

I think our lawn looks great. I think they are very professional. They only do what needs to be done, they do not try to charge you extra.

We like them. They are very knowledgeable, they understand landscaping and how to accent a house. They have done a good job. They tend to be a little high on their prices, but the work wonderful. We have had some drainage problems due to a creek in our yard and they put a retaining wall in for us and it has stayed in place. A neighbor had a retaining wall put in by somebody else and the whole thing is almost completely washed away in the creek.

We met Mark at the Indianapolis Home Show; he was a senior landscape designer at Greeenleaf. They were great at communication, drew up a design plan then came back with an estimate that we were happy with. The work was scheduled quickly then their guys came out and did the work within the span of a week. Everything was done to our satisfaction and we are happy with the work they did. I will use them again in the future.

He was very professional. It took them a little while to call us back than another company. We thought it was extremely overpriced.

They have it broke down into phases where it is easy to split it up into different segments for financial reasons. I have entered a contract with them for the front and side year. They listened to what you had to say and were looking for. they were very careful to pick lanscaping materials that fit well with someone who isn't an experienced gardner. They were on time and very responsive. They are going to start the job in the middle of May.

They were very good, I am using them again this spring.
