Description of Work: New roof on the house and garage on the front of the house the singles are spaced to far at one place from the top of the roof to the bottom of the roof. Called Godwin Homes back to look at the roof and the owner called me and said he seen it and that they had to do that because the roof was out of square. I said it looks bad he said that it would not leak.

DEAR MEMBER, I WANTED A CHANCE TO SAY THAT WE DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU GAVE US A "B" RATING WHEN WE FOUGHT SO VERY HARD FOR YOU TO GET WHAT YOU WANTED WHICH WAS A PERFECT JOB. WE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF NEIGHBORHOOD PARAMETERS AND WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DISTRIBUTORS WHOM SELL MATERIALS OUT FROM UNDERNEATH OF US. NO CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IS PERFECT, HOWEVER IN THE END THE RESULTS ARE ASTONISHING. YOU RECEIVED A FIRST CLASS INSTALLATION WITH FIRST CLASS MATERIALS AND I BELIEVED MYSELF TO HAVE DONE EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO HAVE MADE THE JOB GO AS SMOOTHLY AS IT DID. Description of Work: I emailed once and called twice, leaving voice mail messages, and no return contact was made. I have used them for roof repair in the past so I am very disappointed at their failure to get back to me for a quote on a new back roof and back siding for my house or to even say they just could not get to me.
