Description of Work: I had been having problems with the printer not printing and minor problems with the computer. Several weeks before, another company had attempted to solve this problem on two different occasions but with limited success. I decided to try Geek in Pink (Fishers branch). When I called for the appointment, Regina was very accommondating by making the appointment to suit my time which was early Saturday morning. She was able to solve the problem within 20 to 30 minutes. Since I lack computer skills, she spent 20 to 30 minutes teaching me and answered what ever questions I had. She did this pleasantly no matter how basic the question was. I did not feel intimidated. And I will certainly use and recommend this company for any further computer problems.
