Job took 7 days total. We had use of the refrigerator the entire time and use of the stove and sink by day 5. The final product is beautiful! Surface is hard and easy to keep clean. I'm glad we went this route over resurfacing. However, our cabinets are from 1968. The original hinges were front mount, H shaped, black colonial. The painter said we could go to a semi-conceled, self-closing hinge that would really update the look. 2 weeks before the job was to begin, he asked us to look for hinges, since he was having trouble finding ones that would fit. We ended up having to have a carpenter mortice 1/8" spots on the back of the doors for the new hinges. I called the painter and asked if he was concerned about the doors rubbing or bumping with the new hinges; he was not. The last day came and sure enough the doors rub. We then called our carpenter back and asked if he could mortice out 1/8" on the frames ASAP. At this point he has to cut into beautifully, finished, painted frames. The cuts don't show unless you open the door and look at the hinge. Not a huge deal, but with some extra pre-planning, the carpentry work could have been done prior to the painting. Moral to the story: if your cabinets are older, educate yourself on hinges and dry fit everything before painting.

What stood out about him was his professionalism and the fact that he had samples that would help me determine what color I wanted. If I were to recommend him to family members and friends, I would say that he is very professional and wants to make his customers happy. He wants them to be satisfied. I think he takes pride in his work. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

Bob came out and checked out our previously poorly painted cabinets. They were sticky. He took an extra cabinet door home to make sure he could restore it and brought it back looking new. The job took two weeks total. The first week he took all the cabinet doors off and took them to his shop to restore and spray pain white. The next week he came and taped everything off and sprayed in the house. We left for a few nights to get out of the odor. The cabinets look brand new and it was a lot cheaper then refacing. I would recommend Bob in a heartbeat.

Made appointment over the phone. Mr. Lyle showed up on time, looked over the job, and gave us a written estimate. We gave him paint chips and he purchased the paint (included in total price). He said that he had furniture sliders so we did not have to move furniture. Estimated the job would take two days. On the day of the scheduled job he arrived promptly. He finished the job in a day and a half and did a beautiful job. He cleaned up the job site and put all the furniture back in place. He did a wonderful job at a fair price.

Excellent. I would never use anybody else as long as Bob is around. He is honest, trustworthy, and on top of that he does excellent work! We even use Bob to help us pick out what colors we should use. He has been in the business many years and his expertise is unparalleled.

CALLED FOR ESTIMATE. HE CALLED BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER, AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK, AND COME GIVE AN ESTIMATE A FEW DAYS LATER. NEVER CALLED, AND NEVER SHOWED UP.

MR. LYLE WAS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL, BUT HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS. HE PATIENTLY ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND ACCOMMODATED US WHEN POSSIBLE WHEN WE CHANGED OUR MINDS ABOUT WHAT WE WANTED PAINTED.

I HAVE HAD BOB PERFORM PAINTING ON SEVERAL RESIDENCES OF MINE IN THE PAST. THE WORKMANSHIP, QUALITY OF MATERIALS, AND OVERALL SERVICE ARE UNSURPASSED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND BOB TO ANYONE. IN FACT I HAVE REFERRED FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BOB AND THEY ECHO MY COMMENTS. BOB IS THE ONLY PERSON I CALL WHEN I HAVE ANY PAINTING NEEDS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF YOU WANT HIGH QUALITY AND DEPENDABLE HONEST SERVICE YOU NEED TO LOOK NO FURTHER.
