Description of Work: They did a complete inspection , cleaning , and repair of heating system. Some parts needed to be replaced . The work was done in a short time , and completely professionally. I would use this company for as long as I need this type of work done.

Description of Work: I purchase their annual check clean and service contract. The just completed the cleaning, servicing and testing of my air conditioning system. They always call to schedule the regular service, show up on time and are professional and thorough. In November of 2009 they replaced the ignitor for the furnace as it had become marginal. Having the service contract we receive a 15% discount on parts. Since the repair was made during the regular fall inspection there was no additional charge for time to install the part. We started using Excel in May of 2008 and have never regretted it.
