Everything was fine; they did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up. I will use them again in the future.

The work was done professionally. We had a few setbacks due to weather and bad measurement by the concrete sub-contractor. Matt Planker handle the problem swiftly and the final product exceeded our expectations. We plan to use them again on subsequent projects.

My experience was excellent. The boss came around and first of all told us exactly what it was going to cost. When it was done he went around and cleared up any mess they had made. They made sure to take us out and check their work. He was very on the job.

Had used this local family-owned company many years ago for a roof tear-off & replacement on another home. Was searching for contractors because we thought we were going to re-route the duct work and noticed D. W. Planker on Angie's list. Left a detailed messgae and was pleased to receive a call back promptly. The guy that returnedarrived first thing the next morning and provided a written proposal using the existing route, which in his opinion, was the ideal way to resolve the problem. He and another guy started the next morning & came back exactly when they said they would to completed the job. We knew before the project started it would be a 2-session process. Very professional & tidy. Excellent cleanup both days. It was a little pricey, but given the circumstances of iwhat t involved it was worth it. Had gotten the run-around from others prior to contact D.W. Planker, Inc.

Mr. Planker was prompt and professional. In the end I decided to postpone the repairs for reasons unrelated to his estimate.

They were close to where we live and they had some good recommendations in Angieslist. He was professional and came on time to the appointment. We decided not to do the porch now.

It seemed very reasonable and up front.

The project went very well. Dan, Matt,and Steve were very professional, neat, clean, and prompt with the work. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this or any other type of home improvement service. They also provided help with color of paint and type of paint.

I used them once and found them very expensive. I had a plumbing leak and my plumber had to remove drywall in 2 areas that were very small. We had not used anyone before for drywall work so our plumber suggested them. These guys came out and repaired these 2 areas of drywall. I was not there, but my wife was. We received a bill for $350, which I thought was a little much for 2 2 by 3 areas of drywall that had been removed. The work was good. They apparently cleaned up after themselves. But I thought we got taken advantage of. I would not use them again. The price was terrible. That was the whole problem. They came out and did the job but it was nothing fancy. They were out fairly quickly. I feel they ripped me off.

It was great, they've been great everytime. They are on time and trustworthy. They are the kind of guys you can leave in your house without having to be there and know everything will be taken care of.

I wouldn’t say anything bad about them, they just couldn’t reach the level of the company that we used.

They are very competent, did what I asked them to do and were very easy to deal with.

Very prompt, professional, and came every day until it was done. Refreshing to see that happen.

They were very straightforward and had a fixed price. He told me it would be a while because it was special order, and it was within the time he told me. He did what he said he would do and was nice about doing it. My only hesitation is that he did a good job on a very limited assignment, so I don’t know how he will deal with a big project.

We are not even around when they do the work. They just come and do the work. We find them to be extremely trustworthy. They are very quick. They give a quote beforehand. They can even provide you the quote, ahead of time. They are very kind, as well. They think on their shoes and they are very professional. Since, we have been using them for sometime now, there lot of times, when we describe the work to them on the spot. However, in case you are using them for the first time, they can give you the quote ahead of time and then you can decide if you want to go forward with it. They charge by the hour. The last time they came out, they adjusted the gate installation to be more effective than the actual gate. So, they bolted it together, rather than let it be a sliding gate. So, they took more time. We had looked up the gates online and supposedly they were difficult to install. However, the guys from DW Planker had no problem figuring it out.

They were excellent! They were also polite, easy to work with, not to mention easy to communicate.

Dan and Matt have a very professional establishment and run a very good business. I had met with Dan before hand and got to know his business. Needless to say, they know what they are talking about. Matt came out to the house, was very detailed in his report and gave great suggestions. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I was unable to go with their company for the remodel. If you are doing any serious remodel to your house, call DW. You will not be disappointed.

We could probably have found someone to do it less expensively, but they were well within the ballpark of our other bids. Additionally, the quality was excellent. They were neat, timely, and courteous in all respects. I would definitely recommend them to someone interested in home repairs or painting.

Everything went well. He's actually coming back today to do some minor electrical work for me, and I plan to use this company again in the future whenever I need a handyman. I really appreciate that I can trust the price to be fair as well as the work to be done well, and it's great that I have no hesitation about leaving him in the house when I'm not there.

Just fine. We had agreed with him that he would use our job as a fill in between jobs and/or due to bad weather. Called before he came and worked without supervision. He and his son are very nice guys.

The thing that I liked the most about this company was that their preparation and clean up; just everything they did was more than I expected.

I have used them in the past and have been happy with there work. They put a cabinet in and finished it. They did a beautiful job. They customize everything they do. I have recommended them.

IT WAS WONDERFUL, AND HE MADE ME FEEL THAT MY JOB WAS VERY PERSONAL TO HIM. HE MADE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY, AND I WAS AT EASE HAVING HIM IN MY HOME.

Mr. Planker arrived at the time he said he would. He quickly got to work, and finished within a very short time. They all worked thoroughly, efficiently, and obviously knew what they were doing. They have been friendly, professional, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly hope they would be available the next time something needs doing price was reasonable. Besides, anyone who counts the nails that are taken out of boards, then counts them as he picks them up, is really an A+ individual. Now I'm concerned about providing this standing ovation lest the next time I need him, he will be too busy to come to my aid.
