They did an excellent job. Thy guys that did the work were polite. They came here to work and they got the job done. I was really happy with how they did it.

I decided to go with another product.

They have done three projects so far and I have spent $6000 so far with them. They do a very nice job. We are very pleased with them. The quality of the work done by them is excellent. I have no complaints at all with them so far.

Their service was excellent. The workers were very good, excellent. In terms of price, they used high-end stuff. I would use their services again in the future.

The cabinets were all bought from one of their subcontractors. Overall it was good. We actually had most of the work done when we were out of town. When we came home we were just blown away by all the dirt all over the entire house. When we talked to them they bought in a cleaning service and took care of it. We would use them in the future.

We went to their showroom in Greenwood and they have a wide variety of smples of kitchen & bathroom cabinets, islands etc. We needed a 30" vanity for one bathroom and a 54" one for the 2nd bathroom. We selected our wood and stains and when Kathy came out to do the measurements, she made suggestions that since we were tall, we may want to have taller cabinets which we did. After Kathy left I thought about the stain on the 54" and decided I needed to make a change in wood and stain. Kathy was so patient and great to work with. My husband selected a beautiful knotty pine and mine was Cherrywood with a burnt sugar stain then a black glaze. The cabinets were custom made and were delivered last week. They are absolutely beautiful! After the bathrooms are completed, I am planning on having them build a kitchen island for me. Beautiful craftsmanship and great people to work with.

I had them out for an estimate. It was January and and we had a wedding in August. I told him that I didn't want to be in the middle of the project during the wedding. he said it would be done by the end of May and it was.

Our experience was fantastic. The cabinets fit perfectly in the space and look beautiful. The designer we worked with made great suggestions and asked for input on what we were looking for. We will definitely use Distinctive Kitchen & Bath again for future custom cabinetry needs.

We used them before and were very well pleased. But this time, Chris was not as responsive and we had to make several phones inquiring on the status of the project. When he installed the countertop in the bathroom, the end piece did not fit properly. He said he would get the correct one. We didn't hear from him for 4 weeks, we finally called him and then he came out and installed the new one.

It was a very professional job from beginning to end. The product was of high quality. The work was completed on time and there was very little cleanup afterwards. I felt comfortable leaving my home to go to work while the job was being done. We ended up with beautiful kitchen countertops.

Our kitchen was actually completed in April, 2008. We just recently became an Angie's List member and wanted to share our experience with Distinctive. Our salesman, Jack Baker, was great! He delivered as promised. Since the cabinets were custom Jack made several good suggestions and everything fit exactly as planned. The cabinets are very high quality...beautiful workmanship! I love the granite countertop too! Jack was very flexible also and we completed several jobs ourselves to save money. The installation was done by subcontractors that were on time, professional and did very good work. Almost a year later we still love our kitchen! Check them out before buying cabinets from a home store like Lowes. For custom cabinets the price was really close and worth the price difference. We would highly recommend Distinctive and would use them again.

The experience has not been bad. You expect certain things from contractors, and I haven't met one yet that is super organized or prompt in returning calls. Overall I would say that the experience has gone reasonably well.

Work was completed for the contract price. Finished project looks wonderful. Dan Sutton was always available to me to discuss project, within a couple of hours, if not immediately. Project had some bumps with the supplier of the Silestone tops; Cardinal Kitchens out of Louisville, KY. Their delivery timing was not always what they said it would be. However, the quality of the product was superb and installation and touch-up areas were dealt with very professionally.

I was 100% satisfied with them! They are absolutely an A. I received several estimates. Distinctive had the best break down in all the different price aspects. Chris was spot on for visually coming up with what I wanted and even ideas that I had never thought of, given the space that we had. The people they had come in, drywall, painting, electrical, etc. were all always prompt and very professional. They addressed every concern that we had. If there wasn't something that was quite the way we wanted, they fixed it promptly for us. I would absolutely use them again. I would also recommend them as well!

Suzanne came out and was very helpful and full of ideas. She took our "wish list" and presented us with drawings to choose from. The installers were a little late; but did an excellent job. They took their time and made perfect cuts. The cabinets are excellent Amish, custom made quality. They made one mistake on the measurement of one cabinet. They fixed it and replaced the cabinet without delay or fuss.

VERY POOR QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP, THEY HAD TO REPLACE COUNTERTOP TWICE BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. INSTALLATION WAS VERY SLOPPY. THE SECOND COUNTERTOP WAS STILL NOT CORRECT BUT I GAVE UP ON THEM EVER GETTING IT CORRECT. THEY HIRE SUBCONTRACTORS WITHOUT INFORMING YOU.
