Description of Work: Started with Cragen in 2012, after suffering through years of poor lawns being serviced by me and other vendors. Cragen started in the spring of 2012, the lawn looked the best it ever had. Then we got hit with the drought. Our lawn, like everyones, took it hard. By time the fall started, the lawn started coming back, and this spring it is the only lawn in our neighborhood with both great grass and zero dandelions. Very Happy with them - will be sticking with them.

Description of Work: I prepay for the season. They provide 5 applications. At least 3 have weed preventive. They did not charge to give estimate. At that time they had ll employees. They do not use subs. Most of time same man does work on our yard. This is our second season with Cragen. Everyone has been very nice. They do not require a contract. Our yard is l/3 acre. We are pleased with the way our yard looks.
