Aqua Systems

This was a good experience. They were here when they said they would be. They were reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are reasonably priced. Wayne is the serviceman who did this for us. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He labeled everything for us and just did an outstanding job. We will continue to use them in the future.

This was one of their better systems. I know they have the best technology and I know enough about them and I knew they were who I wanted, even if it was a little more expensive. This took them one day to complete. Any little things they've come back to fix, such as a leak that had sprung from my connector under my sink to our refrigerator, they fixed without any charge or questions. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They were good about explaining everything to me. The installer was really good, he did a nice, neat job and was efficient. I was happy with it. They are also conveniently located to where I live. I will continue to use them in the future.

I did not grade the price because I only got one other estimate, and it was about the same price. The technician that came out was very polite and did a good job. They did not come on time the first day, but were on time the second time. I would probably use them again in the future.

It is amazing. They water is great. They towels are softer and I don't have to clean the bathroom as much. They are responsive and came on time. They send us reminders for there annual check ups. They provide good service. They even have an emergency hotline.

We had been looking at different water softeners and no-salt systems for several months, and finally decided on Aqua System due to the a good overall profile on Angie's List and recommendations from several neighbors. The installers were on time and called ahead of time which was great. The job was completed in about 2 hours, and when the water was turned back on, there was no water pressure in the kitchen faucet. A check of all of the other faucets in the house showed that 2 more bathroom faucets and 1 toilet has either no pressure or reduced pressure. Both spent a lot of time investigating the problem, and did try their best to find the problem. Their supervisor (Steve?) called me and informed me that his guys had done all that they could do. They were not plumbers so they could not fix the problem, but they would have a plumber contact us and take care of the bill. To be honest, I was a bit taken back by the comment that his guys were not plumbers, so how are they qualified to route the plumbing from the main water line to the new softener and install all of the new plumbing under my house and in the garage. I assumed they employed plumbers for this, but this may explain why doing the plumbing was about 1/2 the price of the other companies we obtained estimates from. The plumbers called by Aqua System were at my house about one hour later, and they were great. They figured out the problem right away; when the Aqua System guys were installing the new plumbing, some of the wood chips/shavings from the holes drilled in the wall of the garage and under the sink/fridge got into the lines (they obviously did not blow them out after running them and before connecting them). When the cold water was turned on after the water was turned off (creating a vacuum of sorts in the lines), all of this wood ended up in the main water lines. When the water was turned back on after they were done, all of this stuff was carried to everyone water faucet in the house; some more than others. The wood shavings were clogging the lines and/or aerators, resulting in no water or reduced water flow. The plumbers removed the aerators, replace parts in the toilet and in one case had to completely dismantle the faucet to get it cleaned out However, in the end they took care of the problem, and everything is working fine now, and Aqua System is being billed for the plumber charges. I am happy with my new softener/RO system now, but the process to get here was painful, and little extra care/attention by the installers would have prevented this. I also wanted to make sure others were aware that Aqua System does not employ plumbers, so be cautious when contracting the company to do this type of work since my experience was not pleasant. I plan to have a friend who is a plumber come to make sure that all of the work done by the non-plumbers is correct to be sure that I will not be facing any further issues with this.

It was outstanding, the guy called ahead to say he was coming and he arrived on time. He got all his information and worked around the dogs and was very polite. It has now been 3 mos since the softener was installed and I love it! My dishes come out of the washer cleaner, my clothes seem cleaner, I don't use as much soap or shampoo in the shower. I don't have to spend hours scrubbing down my showers and kitchen sink. I can't wait to use it in my carpet steam cleaner! Their facility is convenient to get to and very clean and pleasant to be in.

We have well water and rust has been an issue for us in the past (our sinks and tub turning orange). Jason (salesman) that came to our house was very nice, and very informative. He did not try to oversell us. We decided on a system that day and set up the install date. They came out to install it within the same week (very fast). The installer did a good job as well. Very knowledgeable and showed us exactly how the system worked. Our water is truly better than it has ever been. You can feel it just when washing your hands, and also a difference in our hair. Our tub and sinks no longer turn orange. I wish we would have called them a long time ago. Their salt prices are great and they offer delivery too. You really can't beat their customer service. I stopped in the Greenwood store the other day to pick up some more rope filters (which are very inexpensive) and the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Aqua Systems!

They were very professional and worked quickly. They had the best price and did a great job.

I searched the south side of Indy and compared features and prices, including the installation fees. I thought that Aqua Systems might be too high, but stopped in to talk with then just to see. I first spoke with Tom who was more than happy to sit down with me and talk about all of my options. I left with the info in my head and a very informative brochure so I could make a decision that was right for me. I returned the following Monday, very impressed with the quality and pricing of their water softeners. That day I spoke with Dave and purchased a Smart Choice softener. Tom and Dave were both very professional, friendly, and took their time answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed and felt like I knew exactly what I was purchasing. My surprise was that their prices and quality of softeners were excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation. They had a sale on this system plus took my Angie's List coupon as well.

Fit major equipment into tiny footprint. Did extra plumbing to make whole system would work. Quick and efficient. When a problem developed that turned out to be an issue not related to them, they still came and took care of it for no extra charge. People were very, very nice. Great communication. Its a lot of money but well, well worth it. This is our second major purchase from Aqua Systems. Both experiences have been excellent. This equipment is designed and manufactured right here in Indiana by world-class specialists. It sounds like Im writing a commercial, but Im just a very happy customer with very nasty well water that is now PERFECT.

Perfect! Asked for installation on Saturday 12-9-06 because I thought it would take the plumber a week to install the required plumbing. Plumber was done on Monday so I told Mike @ Aqua that they could install ASAP. They were there on Wednesday! By the way.....this is my third Aqua Systems for our third house in 15 years.

A week after softener installed all the salt was gone. I went to the store and someone came out in a couple days. A setting was wrong. It was corrected and all the salt replaced.

I called and discussed my options with a salesperson over the phone. They were very pleasant and customer service oriented. He answered all my questions before I decided to fore-go the rental unit and purchase a new unit. He scheduled the removal and installation of the new unit. The technician that installed the new unit was young and little bit less experienced as I had encountered in the past with previous work they had performed, but was pleasant and called someone who could assist him when he didnt know something. I appreciated that he would not let his pride get in the way of doing the job correctly. My experience has always been very positive with Aqua Systems. If they continue focusing on the customer as they have, I will always remain a customer of theirs.

Jacob called in the morning to give us a time frame for when he would arrive. He then called to announce he was on his way (within the initial time frame given). He was nice and professional. The new water softener he installed included a bypass system and the whole system is working well. I was informed in advance that he may or may not be able to haul away the old water softener--it usually takes two people. My husband had planned to come home from work to help remove it, but he wasn't able to, so we still have to get the old system out of the basement. We priced many systems (including do-it-yourself set ups) and their pricing is very good for the value received.

I purchased a water softener that I picked up to install myself. It was a very good product. They had knowledge and instore service. They stayed late for us to pick up the softener after we had shopped other stores.

Work was done as I requested. Jeremy the installer was very courteous and did excellent work. Asked questions to make sure it was installed where and how I wanted. Work was very neat. Many installers do quick and sloppy work (call the cable company or satellite installer!) and take many shortcuts. They usually want extra to do the job correctly. Price was as quoted at store. Product works as advertised to date. I would highly recommend a softener to anyone considering one. And I would recommend them to see Aqua Systems.

Smart Choice system that holds a lot of salt. I only need to replenish twice a year.

THEY DELIVERED A BOTTLE THAT DID NOT FIT MY WATER DISPENSER.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. NO PRESSURE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS MORE ECONOMICAL TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY OFFERED US FREE SALT FOR 1 YEAR AND FREE REPLACEMENT FILTERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

JASON COLEMAN CAME OUT ON A MONDAY AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SOFTENER TO BE INSTALLED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, THEY FOUND THAT THE WATER SOFTENER WOULD NOT FIT WHERE IT WAS GOING, AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CONFIGURE A DIFFERENT SYSTEM FOR MY HOME. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD PROBABLY BE THURSDAY BEFORE THEY COULD HAVE IT DONE. ON THURSDAY MORNING THEY ARRIVED AND HAD IT DONE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. I HAD JUST JOINED ANGIES LIST AND HAD A COUPON THAT I HAD NOT MENTIONED TO THEM BECAUSE OF JUST JOINING. THEY TOOK THE COUPON WITHOUT A PROBLEM.

TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS TRADE. HE WAS VERY POLITE. VALUE FOR PRICE IS EXCEPTIONAL. NEW WATER SOFTENER IS A WELCOME UPGRADE TO THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM. COMPANY IS FIRST-CLASS.

GAVE A QUICK FREE ESTIMATE WHICH ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS ABOUT SOFTENER PLACEMENT. INSTALLATION OCCURRED ON TIME AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT. SINCE HOUSE WAS NOT PREPLUMBED WITH A SOFTENER HOOKUP, INSTALLER HAD TO COMPLETE PLUMBING NECESSARY TO BYPASS OUTSIDE FAUCETS AND HOOKUP LOCATION FOR SOFTENER. VERY HAPPY WITH INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF SOFTENER.

THE INSTALLER WAS POOR, WE HAD TO MAKE TWO SERVICE CALLS TO GET THE WATER SOFTENER CORRECTED. I ASKED THEM TO SEND THE BILL TO MY SON IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND THEY DIDN'T, SO I GOT A BILL THE NEXT MONTH. THE FOLLOWING MONTH I RECEIVED A BILL AND CALLED THEM TO SEE WHY THEY SENT ME THE BILL SAYING IT WAS NOT PAID, IT WAS. WHEN THEY SENT ME THE BILL AND IT WAS ALREADY PAID, THEY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN TO THEM AND THEY WERE GIVEN MY SON'S ADDRESS.
