The initial technician explained the causes of the problems I was having with my 16 year-old system. I was given options for a new system. The installation was done very professionally. I’m very happy with the job that was done.

It went real well. They info they provided was wonderful and the workers were good. They came in and got it done. We were going through a lot of bags of salt, but the new water softener they put in, uses much less. When we buy salt, they will put it in 5 gallon buckets to make it easier to carry. Our glasses look cleaner and we don't have the residue build up around the faucets anymore.

It went very well. The people that come to the house and do the actual service at your home are very nice.They come when they say they are going to come and they are very helpful. The one thing I do find a little confusing about working with this company is they have a lot of different phone numbers and I can never tell who I'm talking to, whether I'm talking to their main office or the call center. I don't find that experience as positive as the actual people who come to the house to do the work. The people that come to the house are great.

It was great. They did a great job. It was scheduled. They showed up on time. The person who did the installation was really knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He explained exactly how it works because I'm not used to having hard water. This was kind of new to me. So, he explained that and then with the water filtration how he was doing install with all the different pieces were, and so he installed the water filtration faucet at the sink and then also did the connection with the refrigerator.

They did really well. I'm not sure if the price was the right price. I think it was somewhere in the ballpark, I'm not certain. The guy was very, very nice and he said to call him anytime if I have a problem, but I don't know if he'll be there. This guy was selling me a warranty.

We moved from Lexington, KY and knew little about hard water. We went to the office close to their closing time. But they took time for us and explained over an hour and answered to all of our questions. No pressure talk and it was very pleasant. Later we set a date for an installation but had to reschedule for move in date got changed but rescheduling was easy and they showed up as they promised. Everything went well. After a month later, we had a water leak from underneath of a fridge. We called them, they came and found some issue that was due to an installation. Of course, it was no charge. Apparently, previous home owner also had a system from Aqua System. We are very happy we got our water softener system from them.

The installation went smoothly. Full removal of old refrigerator tap in was not able to be accomplished since pipe was crimped and not enough play in the pipes to cut in a new section, but it was inspected and double capped to prevent leakage. Instructions related to upkeep where clear and concise. Kept everything clean and picked up after himself. Longer term assessment of equipment durability cannot be done at this time but unit has a 7 year warranty.

Aqua systems had me scheduled for a.m. service. The tech called about 15-20mins out to let me know he might be just a few minutes late. He arrived per his estimated time. There was snow on the ground this day. He carefully brought the equipment into my home, and discussed the setup process, and asked me questions to gain a background of our use of the system. The tech also hauled my old water softener up stairs out of the basement, and took it away on their truck for disposal. He installed the new system, tested the water at various points in the house and made normal suggestions for use of a new system. The installation was straight forward. They arrived on time-considering unforeseeable circumstances, communicated with me, and when the tech left, I felt very satisfied that I had received a quality installation of a quality water softening system. My house, and I, are happy.

The salesman spent quite a bit of time with us to determine what kind of system we needed and answered all our questions. They were very good about scheduling and made a heroic effort to see if the reverse osmosis could be hooked up to the sink and refrigerator dispenser, but we ended up just choosing the fridge dispenser due to the structure of the house. They were great to deal with. The salesman was very gracious and patient because there was no shortage of questions from me as I was trying to decide what system to go with and I had no previous experience with reverse osmosis.

They explained all the different types water softeners that would walk in the house. Our house had never had a water softener, so they had to do plumbing to install it. We had the choice to purchase or rent the water softener. We chose to rent on, at least for the first year. We can change our minds at any time and purchase the unit. We were very pleased with the speed and effenciency in which the work was done. I would highly recommend them.

They've been very nice in working with us but we had a pretty bad experience with them. We bought a new water softener and we had their installer come out and he did not install it properly and it flooded our basement fewer than three times. We did not know where the leak was coming from so we repeatedly had to test. Plumbers come in and check it and see what was going on. We had another handyman come out and check it to see what was going but we just continuously had problems with that. My husband had made a comment about it on media and they were very accommodating to us because they did not want that bad publicity but I do not know how other people get treated by them. It was very overpriced.

Visited Greenwood store on 4/28/14. Nicholas was very helpful, did a good job of explaining product. No hard sell. After comparing with 2 other estimates and although not the least expensive, we decided on Aqua Systems because of the ability to replace individual parts in the future, as well as their reputation and recommendations from others, including our plumber. Called Nicholas back on 4/29/14 to say we wanted the product. Within 10 minutes, he called back to say it could be installed the next day. The scheduling office called early the morning of 4/30/14 and gave us a 2-hour window. The installer, Brian, arrived 30 minutes into the window, removed the old softener and had the new one installed and brine tank filled in about an hour. The system is very simple to operate with few controls, and he explained thoroughly had to operate those few. Although we cannot yet judge the quality of the product, the sales and installation went totally without a hitch!

The installation went well and they filled the reservoir with salt and left the partial bag. The technician told us that had another bag coming, but that it would not fit in the salt tank. He said he would make a note on the sheet so that when we needed it, we could just come to the office to pick it up. We went a good 6 months without needing salt. When my wife drove through to pick up the salt they owed us, they found no note in the system. They gave her the salt and told her that they would check it out and get back to us. A few weeks later, we received an invoice for the salt. They never did any research, but just billed us indiscriminately. I called the billing department and complained about the bill. After they did the proper research, they confirmed our story and cancelled the invoice. | |Aside from that issue, we've had no problems with Aqua Systems. The drive-through salt pick-up is easy. The system seems to be working as well now as it was when it was installed. The system seems to be very efficient as it doesn't use a lot of salt daily. The display is easy to read and very obvious when it needs attention (needs salt added).

They were professional and answered any questions I had. The unit works great and, so far, has been trouble-free. They will be my first choice for future water filtering needs.

They were fabulous! After contacting several plumbers throughout the day, we contacted Aqua Systems after realizing that our issue was the frozen and split intake pipe that fed our water softener (which we had purchased from them several years ago). They were extremely helpful, courteous and VERY reasonable in their pricing to fix our problem! Another plumber, from a different company, stopped before the Aqua System plumbers arrived, and was going to charge us almost triple for what Aqua Systems did. The plumbers that arrived were courteous and extremely professional and had our issue fixed in a very short time! We cannot thank Aqua Systems enough for the prompt, courteous and reasonable service they provided! THANKS!!!

Installer arrived on time. Install was fairly quick as the plumbing was already done. Installer completed work, spent adequate time explaining the controls and answering my questions. Two months into usage of the water softener and we have no issues.
