Aqua Systems

We've lived in a new home for 8 years. The hard water deposits got so bad it was leaving a nasty film on the dishes after running through the dishwasher and also hard water deposits were heavy in the bathrooms. We found this company on Angie's List and went to them. They were very straight forward in explaining the models they offered. They were not high-pressure at all but very helpful in understanding our needs and trying to fit them. They didn't try to oversell. After purchase we set up a time to have them do the install. They came on time and were very professional and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. We love our water softener. So far it works great. We had a very good experience overall with this company.

They did a very nice job explaining our options, installing the softener, and answering any questions we had. It is reassuring to know they are there to back up their product and encourage you to call if you have any questions at any time. They've been a good company to do business with.

They installer was just great. The cost was high but as expected. They also gave good advice. I'd use this company again.

Mike with Aqua Systems did a great job. When he tested the household water, he said that the water softener was working ok, but needed updated adjustments. He took the time to assess our family's water usage and increased water softening needs. He thoroughly answered my questions and showed me how to adjust any settings for the future. We will continue to use Aqua Systems for our water softening and water filtration needs.

We've been using them for 3 years. They are unbelieveable people! They are knowledgeable and very personable. When I called them back a year after the installation, the owner still remembered my husband and me!

We have had no problems with the new softener they had installed. They job went very well, and we had no issues at all. They were very professional and nice.

I Spent $4,000 or $5,000 for the installation of the water softener. My experience with them was pretty good and I was pretty happy with them. They responded promptly and were on time and installed everything the way as I expected it to be. There were no problems from A to Z, but had to come back for he maintenance.

Salesperson Dave Leathers explained things completely to me. Made me what I felt was a fair deal. Gave me every credit possible, including $25 Angie's List coupon and return deposit on three water jugs. I did have to wait a few days for installation, but I was advised that would be the case. Because I have had good experiences with Aqua Systems in the past, I was willing to wait.

They did a wonderful job. They came on time and installed the system for the agreed price. It works wonderfully now.

They are great. They deliver right to your home for a small fee. It is very convenient. They are always so nice and helpful. The price of their salt is great compared to grocery stores and lasts so much longer. Highly recommend!

We had a lot of trouble with the initial install, but they made it work in the end. They first put in a dual tank system which I was interested in. The guy recommended a single tank. They put in the dual tank backwards and we had a lot of problems. In the end they put in a single tank system and it worked beautifully. I am happy with the end product and would use them again in future.

We have used Aqua Systems for a lot of years. They are nice people. They bring my salt. We have no trouble with them.

I went into the showroom to get information about their products. Tom Line was very helpful and answered all of my questions about all models. They installed it 3 days later in the home. I was very pleased at how quickly they did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Don't buy the digital stainless steel watercooler. Mine broke twice and finally I gave in and got the plain white one. Not as flashy but faultless performance!

Whenever I call in to place an order, the folks on the phone are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Brooks, our delivery man, goes above and beyond. He unloads the order into my garage when I'm here to open it so that I don't have to move them. He picks up the empties which I set out on the porch and delivers the new. The water tastes great and keeps my coffee maker working without getting the build up our tap water causes.

Installation tech was on-time and completed the installation within the estimated time. He left the area clean. Softener works well and already is reducing amount of detergent needed.

They were honest, straight forward and willing to work with me. Jason was very thorough about explaining everything to me in regards to the set up. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Their price was reasonable. They helped me pick out something that really worked for me because I have some limitations on what I can lift. They got me something that only needs attention twice a year which they keep track of. They will call me to come out and they are extremely reasonably priced to do this. This is a huge benefit for someone with physical limitations. They give great service and I was extremely pleased with that. I will continue to use them in the future.

It's working great for us! Picking up water from them is great because you drive up they take the empty bottles and replace them with full. They are reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future.
