This doesn't allow for numerous ongoing projects, but does allow for close quality control. I truly enjoy what I do and love going to work everyday and I shows in the final product. Everything is by written agreement with a spec page and detailed payment schedule based on what has been completed. You always maintain a final payment in hand to be sure everything has been done.
