Terry is the best person you could ever have to do work for you. Believe me, there is nothing he doesn't have the skill to accomplish. Terry is a perfectionist. You don't have to tell Terry to make something right. He will take care of everything down to the tiniest detail. Terry is extremely patient. He will truly listen to everything you say. He will offer his own suggestions, and then he will follow through. He always arrives in a good mood. He will whistle upbeat melodies as he works. If you have a dog, your dog will love Terry more than your dog loves you. Most importantly, Terry's vision, creativity, and know-how are amazing. BTW, in 2007, Terry completely remodeled our basement (sitting room, ping-pong room, bathroom and shower). In 2016, Terry added a 7 ft. X 3 ft. picture window into a living room wall where there had previously been no window. After you discover how conscientious Terry is, you will find other projects for him to tackle.

This is the third project Terry has done for us. He completely remolded a bathroom a few years ago. Then he created a basement craft room. And now he built a ramp to our back door. His work is amazing! Sometimes it is a little slow, but I can accept that because the end product is always perfect.

Terry Brooks did all of our work for us. We would not have used anyone else. Terry is probably the only person my late husband would have trusted to do the work. His attention to detail is such that you know you will have a perfect product when completed. Terry remodeled our kitchen, our bathrooms - with one being a total tear out - our basement family room, re-sided our home, redid the electrical box, installed new recessed lighting in various places, and did many other side projects for us. Terry was in the final weeks of the remodel when my husband suddenly died. It has been a comfort to me having a practically new home with little or no worries to deal with these past few years. I have recently purchased a vacation lake home that needs to be renovated. Terry came up with a plan that gives me all the features I want and thought were impossible to have. His creativity and vision are astounding. I can hardly wait to see the finished product.

Terry is the most reliable and professional person one could hire to to remodeling. He is very knowledgable about most areas of construction and most importantly he is very caring and trustworthy. I hired him for a small task and he ended up doing a lot more for us. I highly recommend him for any large or small project and I truly believe there are not too many contractors like him out there. I wish I knew him earlier so he could do more of our job. Do not think twice about hiring Terry.

It was experience great. We had a not so great one with another contractor when we did our kitchen, so we know what good service is. He was a great communicator and kept us informed at each step of the process. At the end, he was unhappy with some of the grout work. We could see nothing wrong, but he insisted that it needed to be reworked, and he oversaw that process.
