We've used this company for the last ten years and have had good experiences and good results with them. They can usually get someone out to you the same day or the following day after you call. Their work is satisfactory. They do good work. We've never had a plumbing problem they couldn't fix. Keep up the good work.

The kitchen and two of the vanity faucets were installed fine but parts were missing from the last vanity faucet. The installation of the last one had to be rescheduled. When the last one was installed and after the plumber left it leaked. We discovered it at 7 pm that evening (it was installed at 10 am). There was water damage in the master bath, the master bedroom, closet, and the dining room below. Water broke through the ceiling and ruined a new floor that was just installed as well as a new oak dining room table. We called the emergency number and they responded quickly. They also contacted a restoration firm to help begin the cleanup process. Muegge's insurance covered the costs for the damage eventually.

Job 1: I dealt with another HVAC company that failed to repair our boiler properly causing the water damage to the ignition and valve controls and then refusing to take responsibility a month later, dealing with Muegge was a completely different experience. The technician was out to my house within an hour of calling them. He was knowledgeable on boiler systems and clearly diagnosed not only the failed parts, but the cause of the failure as well. I dealt with Dennis Muegge (the owner) in scheduling the repair and he was very responsive in coordinating the repair and providing me the information I needed for re-cooping damages from the first HVAC companies insurance company. Thank you, Muegge for your quick and complete response and the care in which you handled me as the customer and your honesty in evaluating the situation. Job 2: Did a great job. Arrived on time, completed repair and cleaning at a fair price.

Plumber was on time, polite, and cleaned up when he was finished. Job took about 2 1/2 hours. He ran the washer a short time to make sure there were no leaks, etc. Price seemed a bit high, but it seemed difficult and he did work hard.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS HAS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY. WE RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR NEIGHBORS.

They did very good work. They couldn't solve all the problems, as I didn't want to rip out a wall (my decision!), but he made recommendations on what to do when we remodel to avoid similar problems. He was very helpful, professional, and punctual. I was very pleased!

Gary was very professional and a very nice man. He arrived on time and explained what was needed. He also extended one of the pipes so if it has to be replaced again it will be much easier.

Tech (same as visited on prior calls, so this is nice to see familiar face) was very cordial and willing to discuss questions I had during service call. Did a professional job, and chemically washed the exterior of the a/c unit coils (something other companies did nothing more than spray with a garden hose if anything at all) and used temperature sensor to confirm system functioning when I mentioned summertime cooling problems. Answered questions about condition of a/c units and made recommendations of equipment & cooling sizing improvements if units are ever replaced (they are 11 years old, and I would trust Muegge on their recommendation when they do need to be replaced such as whether Puron is a good alternative & worthiness of cost of installation). Felt like tech spent time with me beyond what he was being paid for, and contributes to long-term relationship and certainly #1 considered vendor for new a/c or furnace equipment.

COMPANY SET UP APPOINTMENT TO MY SCHEDULE. THEY WERE EARLY, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP TESTED AND WERE FINISHED ON TIME AS PER ESTIMATE. WERE OUT TO COMPLETE LIST FOR INSURANCE CLAIM.

An inspection report on our home had some items I didn't quite understand. Muegge's was very patient with my questions and was wonderful about taking the time to educate me in language I could understand. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment for them to do some work and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were willing to come out. When I called I told them that the previous company that had cleaned our furnace failed to replace the safety switch. Muegge was able to replace it at a minimal cost while they were out doing the other work. I felt very comfortable with them and feel they are honest and care about their customers. I plan on using them again in the future!

We interviewed several companies, but felt we got the most value with Randy. Others seemed motivated to sell us less current equipment. While the short-term costs would have been less, we thought Randy offered us the best equipment for the long run. (Service techs) Mark and Ryan were very professional, considerate and did very good work. Overall we are very pleased with our decision.

Recently had Muegges' Plumbing take a look at our existing HVAC system to determine if we could get a filter system installed. Upon installation, they noticed that the return duct was too small and made necessary changes. Based upon both changes, the system seems to be working much more evenly throughout the house.

IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ESTIMATE AND SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE THE WORK WAS STARTED AS THE MARBLE WAS NOT ORDERED RIGHT AWAY. WE WERE GIVEN A CHOICE TO CONTINUE OR NOT WITH THE PROJECT; WE FOOLISHLY DID. THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE COURTEOUS. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A FEW DAYS. IN THE FIRST MONTH AFTER HAVING THE SHOWER INSTALLED, THE CAULK AROUND THE BASE TWICE STARTED PEELING DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE LET THE CAULK DRY FOR 2 DAYS LONGER THAN RECOMMENDED. LAST MONTH, 8 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION, WE NOTED MILDEW IN THE CARPET IN FRONT OF THE SHOWER. AN OUTSIDE CONSULTANT NOTED A HUGE CRACK IN THE MARBLE BASE BELOW THE SHOWER DOOR AS WELL AS DRAINAGE PIPE USED BELOW THAT HOUSE THAT WAS REPORTEDLY 1/2 INCH TOO SMALL IN DIAMETER. MUEGGE CHECKED THE CRACKED MARBLE AND TWO WEEKS AND MANY PHONE CALLS LATER, THE MARBLE COMPANY WAS FINALLY BROUGHT IN TO PROVIDE REPAIRS. FROM BEGINNING TO END, WE FELT LIKE WE WERE INCONVENIENCING MUEGGE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THEIR OWN WORKMANSHIP.

HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK OUT 3 TIMES AFTER ROUGH IN. THE FIRST TIME, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GLUE ONE SET OF DRAIN PIPES IN WALL. ALSO, DID NOT DRAIN ONE AC UNIT. SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PREPARED TO WORK ON NEW HOUSE.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY SEEMED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH BOILERS. WE PLAN TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY PUT SMALL HEATERS IN OUR HOME WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THEY WERE VERY, VERY NEAT, RELIABLE, AND THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
