This was an Angie Big Deal Lawn Core and Over seeding promotional. I was not home when the work was performed. However, they did perform the work on the date agreed upon.

I wrote in the comments when ordered, NOT to seed close to flower beds . I also stated this when I spoke with the gentleman on the phone. Seeds are all through the flower beds. I just hope they don't germinate.

The office was great to setup the service, however when the guys came out they were in a non-company vehicle and were dressed in just normal street clothes. It took me a moment to be sure they were actually with the company. Overall they pretty professional, however I did not see much seed being placed on the ground. Despite that, I would still use them again next year.

Core aeration and over-seeding of yard. 3 Bs/ Quality: They left out edges of lawn where bare spots were partly covered by leaves. Understandable but they could have covered area regardless. Responsiveness: They initially scheduled work for 10/18 and did not perform. When I inquired, the answer was rainy weather. Light rain in 10/19 AM but PM was sunny. Coming from distance, I can understand why they did not come. Punctuality: Initially the company told me that they will send me notice of schedule after 10/7. |A week later, only after I asked for the schedule, they said it will be 10/18. I presume they found it necessary to hold the work for me since they were coming from Greenfield and had to bundle their schedule.

They set a date and provided the service.

They cancelled the first time because they were running behind and it was too dark to perform the service. The second time, it was also nearly dark before they arrived. After they arrived two of the crew started working and the third measured to be sure we were within the 10,000 sq ft allotment. By the time they finished it was completely dark. I would have preferred that they would have been here to do the job when it was light enough to see exactly wat they were doing.

We have a 1/2 acre lot, so had a little more land than the deal covered but felt like it was a good value. They had us mark the heads of our sprinkler system to prevent damage. They were efficient and we were pleased with their service. We would hire them again and would recommend them.

Very professional and responsive. They completed the work as expected and left the site clean. I would definitely use them for other lawn care services.

They showed time and did what they said they would do. Their pricing was very reasonable. I will be using them in the near future.

I had bought a big deal and didn't want to spend any more even though my yard was bigger than allowed. I was happy to just have part of the yard done. They were quite disappointed that I didn't let them do more and pay more.

I was very pleased with the service. I have paid more than twice as much for a similar service in the past.

It went well and they showed up on the scheduled day. I the end results of their work and I was pleased with it. I would use them again.

3 1/2 week delay from purchase to date of service. When called, they were responsive and helpful. The crew did an excellent job, very polite. The weather and the Angie's List Big Deal response size overwhelmed them(my guess). They could have been more proactive in letting me know the schedule and delays that came up. Very helpful when I contacted them. Happy with their work, their equipment was in good shape.

Three workers arrived, they aerated the lawn and used a hand seeder to overseed. They attended to areas I pointed out as needing attention. They were very professional.

I was not at home when the services were provided but the yard looks good and I will be using them in the future.

I received a call after purchasing an Angie's list special deal. I believe the owner called me to schedule the work a few days after my purchase. 2 workers showed up on time, looked over the lawn area, and made sure my dogs were secure in the house before opening the yard and ensuring we did not have an underground fence system. One worker did the aeration as the other followed behind and seeded. They were done quickly and on there way. I could see the plugs everywhere so and saw the seed being sprayed about, so I know they covered the entire area of my large yard. I would definitely use them again.

Provider called stating Angie's List server had been down for a week therefore we have not been contacted for 16 days. Said they would be out that day, to which I was not happy about not being notified in advance so as to have our lawn cut. But I did agree to let them come that day. I was gone for a very brief time the whole day. They called that evening, after to my knowledge no one showing up, as there was nothing left at my door stating they had been here. When they called they said our yard was larger than what the agreement was for and stated they would do the additional 200 square feet approximately for another $50. My husband stated what are yard was not that big as we have many out buildings and lots of driveway space as well as our home Outback is much larger than it appears from the front, so he felt did you ship $50.00 was not a deal at all. At that point we ask for money back. We believe that they probably assessed our yard from an aerial view or from some kind of map and the fact that nothing was ever left at our home indicating that they were here that day, was not sufficient for us to be content with what they were offering us.

The three-man crew worked quickly and professionally.

Everything went smoothly. Before we purchased, we had some questions about the seed mix and they were prompt in calling with answers. The workers were in an out with no fuss. WAY easier than renting, hauling, cleaning and returning the aerator. Will do again next fall.
