Kessinger Lawn Care

Crew showed up (2 guys) and it took about a day and a half. I feel they did a poor job in as much as they left dirt strewen around the area they trenched making muddy areas where they did not need to. I guess they did not want to take the excess dirt with them. They were to seed and straw the area they trenched and the seeding was VERY thin and the straw was also uneven with lots of bare spots. One of the pop-up emitters has already dislodged from the corrugated pipe and eroded the area around it. It looked to be just pushed into the elbow joint and not secured or fastened in any way. Several areas are starting to settle will need to be re-compacted. I was never invoiced and the owner came around for his check and never even asked if I was satisfied with the job. Just got his money and left (he did say Thank You).

I don't remember how it went so I am uncomfortable making an assessment

Everything went fine. It just took a while to complete. Had a bit of difficulty organizing everything as I didn't know I had to have my sprinkler marked off ahead of time. Once we were able to get things marked everything was smooth. Kessinger was very helpful and even extended our deal past the expiration date- which was very nice of them. It did take a few messages here on AL and finally a phone call to get our service scheduled- (i don't think the messaging service here always works that well) I would for sure work with them again.

Kevin and his wife came at my convenience and got the job done quickly but thoroughly.

I felt like the service was good, but it wasn't a very good value.

It was great. Scheduling was very easy and the treatment made my lawn look good. They did exactly what I thought they’d do and did it quickly.

It was a good service. They came without any hassle and provided good service. I didn't even know they had been out except for the little yard dart stating they had treated the yard.

The service went alright. They did exactly what the deal stated. I was not home while they did the service. They did an acceptable job and were good job with the cleanup afterwards.

They provided a coupon, I don't recall the exact amount, but they returned my call right away, performed the service promptly. A check was left for them. The only thing I was surprised was I never heard back from them. I'm ok with that, just surprised I didn't get any additional information about other services.

I had just recently had my lawn fertilized, so the gentlemen that arrived with Kessinger Lawn Care were not able to overseed my yard for fear tht the fertilizer will kill any new grass. Regardless, they were very friendly and completed the work of aerating my yard quickly. I would defintely re-hire them this fall for the same service; only better planning on my part was needed.

It went well. We were very very pleased with that. They were very prompt, transparent and clear. They told us what woudl be extra (and it wasn't much) about what needed to be done for some leaf removal. Great value for the price.

I think it went fine. There were no additional fess from what I can remember.

Unfortunately, they were only able to do one application because of the drought and the harsh winter after that. However, it was easy getting in touch to schedule, and they did try to do the work as promised which I appreciated.

Company slow to respond. Even though they knew we were not happy with the service, continued to call with solicitations.

Kevin came out and gave me an estimate to spray my yard regularly. I found the price very reasonable and he was able to spray the same day. Overall very happy with the way my yard is looking.

Went very well.. s Scheduled an appointment for the provider to aerate our lawn. I had pre-marked the location of my in-ground sprinkler heads to avoid being struck by the equipment. ( a must do fro preparation) They showed up on time and completed the whole lawn in less than 45 minutes and back on the truck. Did a good job with no mess.

It went find but it took them several weeks to get out to see us because of the coupon they offered. I believe they got overwhelmed with the number of requests. The result was that they didn't come out to my house until mid-fall and then did the aerating and seeding at 9:30PM. I was so tired of waiting for them to come out that I said "Yes" to them doing the work at night but it was louder than I thought and I know my neighbors heard it. I also didn't see any difference in my lawn from the previous year so I don't think I would use the service again.

This service was purchased through a "Big Deal" on Angieslist. I was pleased with the service provided by Kessinger. They aerated my entire yard, and didn't hit any of my sprinkler heads, which had been marked. I didn't see any evidence that they seeded any of the bare spots on the ground, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't performed. It was a fair price for a good service. Beats renting a machine. I would use them again.

He was amazing! He was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate and was able to spray the next day. He said we would notice an improvement within 2 days and we did. He is coming back in July to spray again. He even called to check if we were having any issues, which we aren't. I am thrilled with everything about this company!

I found them through the Big Deal website and purchased an an aeration deal. The service was fine and didn't require me to have any interaction with them outside of scheduling since the work was on my lawn.

This provider did not provide service. I called him on Thursday and promised to be there that night. He was a NO SHOW. I called on Friday and asked why he did not show. He said he ran into issues and couldn't make it and didn't want to call me in the evening (even though we were waiting for him). He told me he told me to call him when the weather was okay to till. I requested over the weekend and he said NO due to weather and a prior personal commitment on his part. I texted Kevin on Monday and asked him to come over. He said no the ground was too wet. I explained that the rain is very localized, we only received 10 minutes of rain and I was okay with him tilling (I am a Master Gardener and understand gardening and soil), he never responded. Today I called him as we still have not received rain. He told me he has to spend all his time on his other jobs and will make it to our job on Saturday only if it doesn't rain. This contractor is UNRELIABLE! I also explained to Kevin I was frustrated because I cancelled someone else coming over because he promised he'd be here last week. So now I have no one coming as I don't believe and cannot trust waht Kevin Kessinger says
