Overall good service and pricing for the work done.

They aerated and overseeded the lawn. At first, I thought they didn't actually apply grass seed. However, upon closer examination I found seed on the sidewalk and driveway. The seed are small and difficult to see.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. My husband said it was okay but it wasn't as much as when he does it and he missed a section in the front. He said to take $20 off the bill but I don't know if that was done. They came out within the time frame but the service was average at best. They didn't do the work right. They did come out pretty quickly. We didn't see them. I don't think my husband would use them again.

I walked the yard and they did a great job; much better job that I have been able to do in the past. Well worth the price.

The estimated my lawn larger than the Angie's List price and did not take in account the extensive landscaping which did not require treatment, my area of treatment is actually smaller than the offer but they wanted to increase the cost to a gross area, not net

So So service. received aeration late in the day and the company stated that they put seeds down. Stated that the seeds were very small to the eye (yeah right!)

I had asked Kevin Kessinger to do a "fall clean-up" of my lawn. I did not receive an estimate or anything in writing because, I was told, the charge would be an hourly rate. The crew came on time, and did a good job of cleaning up, but they forgot to do one thing that I had asked for, and that was to clean the gutters. The crew told me that they had forgotten to bring a ladder, and would have to come back to finish. In the mean time, I paid the bill that was calculated and written up by the crew foreman. A week went by, and I had not heard from Kessinger Lawn service, so I called to schedule a gutter cleaning. I knew that I would likely have to pay more for the gutter cleaning, but just wanted to get it done. I spoke with Kevin Kessinger, and he was very unprofessional on the phone. Evidently he was angry that the bill his foreman gave me was too low - - - somehow that became my fault. Kevin was very accusatory in his tone, and it was a very unpleasant phone call. I would never deal with this person again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. I had asked that they come out at a certain time to aerate the lawn. Either they didn't get the message in time. They did finally come out and I was satisfied with the results. They were timely but it wasn't what I wanted. They need a little more communication that way. It rained the day they said they were coming and I wasn't sure if they were coming or not. They came in the next day or two. They didn't let me know when they were coming

When signing up for the deal, I asked that the company call me to schedule. We were going on a family vacation and there were going to be three dogs at my home along with a dog sitter. I wanted to schedule around that time. I called the lawn service three times prior to our trip asking for a return call, and I never received a call. Finally I got an email from Angie's list stating there was a message for me on the website. The message was the date they were going to perform the service; still no personal communication with the company. Fortunately when they scheduled, we had returned from our trip and the dog issue was resolved. When they did aerate, I asked the men who performed the service if they thought it was too late in the season to over seed, which was a part of the deal. They had no clue whether it would be beneficial or not. I asked that they return for the over seed in the spring. We will see if that happens. As an overview: the aeration service was fine. They did as expected. However, I think customer service and communication with this company was terrible. A phone call so we could talk about my "dog" concerns would have satisfied me, and it would have taken very little of their time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The work turned out fine. I didn't pay any additional.

Two issues with this service. The first is that I had a 10 foot area running along the back of my fence that is still my property. I made sure and indicated that this area needs to be completed too. They acknowledged that it would be cared for and it never was. The second issue is that this was supposed to include seeding. I could not see any seed on the yard. I had a few spots that I had added soil too and seed. That was the only seed I could see on the entire yard.

It went very well. They were in and out and did a great job. They seem to be fine. They did their job in a timely manner. I would use their services again. It was well worth the cost. It was very reasonable. The quality of service was excellent.

It turned out great. The weather turned bad for a couple of weeks after we did that and then they showed up. But, they made arrangements and called. They did a good job. The ground was soft enough that they were able to aerate the entire yard.

As far as I know they got it done. They wouldn't confirm with me when the arrigation was going to happen, and they didn't leave a reciept when they were done.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased

They showed up too late in the season to aerate and seed. Angies list and the contractor should have known that this "Big Deal" would only be so if the contractor was going to come before frost and freezes. Aeration was spotty and almost none of the grass seed came up. Mostley wasted money. Not good for Angie to put the deal out there, or the contractor to offer something that would not be able to be done when weather is key.

They aerated the whole yard and over seeded. There was no mess in the driveway and they came on the day they said.

It was fine. I used it within a few weeks of purchasing the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra. They just came to aerate my lawn.

Kessinger Lawn Care performed a core aeration of my lawn and applied grass seed. The core aeration removes plugs of soil and leaves them on top of the grass. I did not have to be home for the job, but noticed the plugs right away. Since I was away at the time, I do not know how long the job took, but am well pleased with the results and would use Kessinger for other yard work.
