Kessinger Lawn Care

Work was never performed. Delayed by amount of work and broken equipment.

I called and spoke to Mrs. Kessinger and she said that her husband would call me back. He called me back that night. I told him that I needed some lawn work done and he said he had already finished fertilizing in my area. I then told him that his wife had told me that he could maybe come out on Saturday since I was tied up on Friday. I told him that I was interviewing people for the job and he then hung up on me.

Kevin the owner lined me out prior to the visit and asked detailed questions in order to have me flag any areas of caution ie: invisible fences, landscape lighting, underground wires, irrigation system and so forth. The job was done completely and satisfactory with all clean up preformed prior to the crew leaving the job site.

Great job, the aeration was better than the "big name" lawn care company who performed this service last year. Will definitely be contacting Kessinger Lawn Care again. Thanks.

We were thrilled with the job they did! Kevin and his crew came at a very convenient time before the holidays, and I met them on my lunch break to show the property line, and they went to work. We have a fairly wooded lot with a lot of mature walnut and maple trees. They had the yard spotlessly clean of leaves, all the shrubs neatly trimmed, and the hostas and other perennials cut back in less than 90 minutes (when my husband came home for lunch). We were so impressed to get this done for the amount that we paid. We will definitely use Kessinger Lawn Care again.

I got different quotes, but they were not the lowest. They were very precise; we had a lot of complications as it was a hill and tearing up all the rotten ones and getting the right one. The cleanup was very good and suggested me to put a walkway at the side of my house with gravel; which they designed for me. It was really cheap that they did for me. They came and worked until a Sunday and when I had a problem, the owner came right away. They also handled the problem and were very apologetic. They were very professional and really hard workers. I have recommended them t my neighbors, also. They also made extra visits which were not mentioned in the estimate, but they never charged me extra. They were very good workers, with an integrity and very pleased. Being so massive it was obvious my neighbors appreciated. The price was good and since I had extra work done, they gave me sketches, etc. and were great.

I was a bit hesitant after purchasing this - worried that they might not be as thorough as I was hoping for. But the Kessinger team exceeded my expectations, and I was delighted with the final outcome. William and his crew were gracious, professional, and efficient - making fast work of what is often an endless job for us. In addition to the leaf removal, they neatly trimmed two large burning bushes as well as numerous shrubs in the front of the house and a landscaped section of tall grasses on the side. William was easy to talk with and eager to address all concerns. But it was their attention to detail that made this buy most rewarding to me - going after errant leaves tucked in shrubs or under trees... The yard looked great when they were finished - even in December! I can happily recommend this company to others.

The guys from Kessinger showed up and were respectful of my existing landscaping while they did a great job cleaning up the yard and removing the leaves. I will definitely hire them again.

Given their poor communication and their lack of consideration for my time off from work, I would not use this company again. I booked this service through an Angie's List special offer. I checked the details of the offer and consulted the description of my house to be sure my front yard met their square footage restrictions. The description included that no bushes would be trimmed--that was fine by me. I first contacted the company around Halloween to schedule an appointment. I left an email message and received a reply that due to heavy responses, service would be delayed two weeks. I had no problem with that. A day was scheduled. When the day occurred, I stayed home from work to meet with them. They didn't come, they didn't call. I did get a call the next week from Mr. Kessinger stating that their schedule had been delayed due to the weather. He also stated that the had looked at my property -- on Google earth, I believe. He mentioned that there were a lot of trees and that that would make their job more difficult. I replied that I would like for them to come and remove whatever leaves they could to fulfill the amount of the services I had paid for. We rescheduled. Again, they didn't come and they didn't call. When I talked with them the next week, I expressed my frustration that I had stayed home from work two days, now, but that they had not contacted me on either occasion to let me know they weren't coming. Mr. Kessinger said that "she" had sent out an email to all customers that they were running beyond schedule earlier that last week. I said that I had not received an email and that I was very unhappy that they had not called me on either scheduled day. Mrs Kessinger offerd to reschedule the next week and I did so, after asking him to give me his word that he would call me if they weren't coming. He agreed. They didn't come and they didn't call. The next Saturday a team of 5 men appeared at my door and announced that they were from the Kessinger service to do the work. I explained what I wanted them to do and went back to what I was doing. Several hours later the work was done and done well--they even cleared out the leaves under my deck. Given the poor communication, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to others.

I responded to Deal through Angie's List. Owner came out and let us know it was a larger job than the Deal covered. He promised my yard would look as good as my neighbor's yard. Another owner and 5 workers came out when scheduled. They worked hard all day. Everything was completed by day end. I paid the final payment. The people were all professional and very interested that we were satisfied with their work and their results. We are extremely pleased .

They came at appointed time and did an amazing job of trimming our bushes as asked. Cleaned up all the accumuilate leaves, of which we have many (13 trees). Hauled away large pile of branches cut down my storms. We were extremely satisfied with the finished job.

I have two giant trees and had already filled 8 bags with leaves before giving up and paying someone to do it. I was very happy with the service. They arrived a little late, but were done so fast I barely noticed the tardiness. Due to a fence, they were unable to get the lawn mower in my backyard. They said they would be back the next day (a Sunday) with the appropriate mower and finish off my backyard. They came back and finished the job Sunday morning. I was very impressed with their service and plan to skip raking leaves next year and let them to it.

Was very pleased with everything that was done. Asked for estimates for work next spring.

The company arrived a few days after my requested date because of rain delays. They quickly and professionally removed leaves from around my property.

Kessinger's was great. They showed up on time, surveyed our yard and described what they would do. They were very meticulous in removing the leaves from our many flower beds and worked quickly. After they were finished, they had me walk around my yard to make sure there wasn't anything they missed. I thought they were very professional and will absolutely use them in the future!

Overall, everything went well. We are even enlisting their services for next year. I am going to need them to put in nutrients in the yard for my grass. They were very courteous and did a good job.

The initial date of the yard cleanup was rescheduled due to weather, which is understandable. I was out of town the week they did the job but when I returned home, the yard looked great! There was not a leaf in sight and everything was trimmed back nicely. I would definitely use them again.

As good as it gets! An email confirmed the work date. Kevin arrived at 9:00am and work started immediately. It took three trucks, several men, and four hours to complete the job. Great job from start to finish. Looks like the yard was vacuumed. They did such a great job that my neighbor canceled her usual service and had them clear her yard, too.

We had lots of leaves and a nice size yard, we were please with the job they done on getting the leaves up and trimming the bushes. Did not show up or call on the original appointment date but I would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to refer them to others and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

The crew arrived as scheduled and were efficient in their work finishing in just over one hour. I had asked for additional work not included in The Big Deal price and that work was added for an affordable price. William and the crew were very polite and worked steadily. I would use Kessinger Lawn Care again and have already contacted Kevin about additional services for the future.
