The aeration was scheduled and completed within the same week. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. The job was done to expectations.

The service was ok. I would Probably not use them again. Only reason I used them once was that it was a half price deal. They are in Greenfield and I am in Plainfield. Wouldn't make much sense at regular price.

The response time was slow to moderate but the overall quality of the work was probably 8/10. The service was moderate, it was just a slow callback. I would probably not use them again but it was a good experiment.

It went fine. I was hoping that this spring, we would have fewer weeds and dandelions and stuff but there's still lots of dandelions. But, that might be too much to expect, I don't know. It's hard to tell that it really made any positive difference in the lawn. They came out and did what they were supposed to do, but it didn't seem to help us a lot. They contacted us and came right out.

The process went great. After I purchased the Deal they sent me an email letting me know the approximate months they would provide the three treatments in. They suggested a few additional services which I decided not to purchase and there was no pressure at all to buy. They showed up while I was at work to perform the services and my lawn looked great.

They didn’t end up doing the service.We scheduled twice and they didn’t show up. They basically told me that there was difficul making the scheduled appointments as they were overwhelmed by the response they had received for the Big Deal.

Scheduling was really easy with them. They were able to schedule us for the day we wanted. Their responsiveness to emails was really good.We are waiting to see how the reseeding worked.

Took awhile for them to get here. When they showed up it was unexpected. Once they came it was fine.

They were good. It was all good. They came out and they were thorough. They showed up on time. They did fine working around the sprinkler system. There were no problems. I would use them again.

Kessinger Lawn Care was easy to work with and did a good job. I am going to investigate having them care for my lawn this spring.

It was kind of hard to tell on the seeding, but when called to discuss, they were immediately out to redo the seeding. This was something my roommate was helping me with. I am always happy when there is a concern, that it is immediately responded to. I would definitely use this company again.

They had to reschedule a few times and did the work while I wasn't there. I'm not sure if the seed is still there for it to help this spring. We shall see.

They arrived when they said they would, aerated everything, and seeded. We'll see this spring how much it helped, but it all went according to plan.

The cost was higher due to the size of our yard. Communication could be better with them as to when they’re coming out. Due to a specific type of weed I would consider using a different company. They were willing to honor last year's prices and offered pest control services as well.

They came out they did the aeration. They came during the day when I was not here. My husband handed the scheduling through the internet.

It was fine. I thought they did a good job. We were both pleased, we just didn't need anything else done. I thought that the price was pretty good. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were right on time.

They came out and aerated the lawn and they over seeded. I will see in the spring how the grass looks. It did take a few weeks for them to come out. It seemed like it took them a very long time to get to me and they didn't contact me, I had to contact them.

It went fine. I am not sure where they are from but couple of times they called and they tell me they were going to come at a certain day and they they didn't come and show up few days later. Actually then I purchased another package of three from him and I only had two. They are very nice. I had used them two summers of 2012 and 2013. They were very polite and professional. They generally would call me to tell me they were going to come the next day and sometimes it would be two or three days before they came. At one point they had just like have the check for them like leave it at the door so that they can get paid immediately, I did that, and then they didn't take it. I would not use them again in the future.

I thought the service was adequate. When he first came, he rang the door bell and explained the process. He was very friendly and personable. He came two more times and completed the work.

The job was set up for Monday. They didn't show and did not call.We waited all day. They did show up on Tuesday and although I've been told that my yard was definetly under the 10000 sqft limit they said it was really 11600. They then charged an additional $16.00. We paid.

I've scheduled appointments through Angie's List e-mail and they came when I wasn't here. However, they were prompt and they provided what they said they were going to provide.

They work was fine. However, they said they were going to come out on a certain day but ended up showing up on another day.

Very good job. Very thorough.

Kessinger Lawn Care aerated our lawn this fall for a very reasonable price. We bought a "Big Deal" and paid less than retail. The provider showed up in a timely manner, got the job done in the rain, and cleaned up afterwards. Great job!
