They did a great job. I think they did a good job but I didn't work with them enough to know more than that.

He unloaded hi equipment, Aerated my lawn. I asked some questions about improving myl awn next year. He gave me some good advice , put away his equipment and left.

Quick response after buying a groupon. Performed the service about a week later. Overall, quick and convenient.

They were on time and professional.

My lawn is in really bad shape and very overrun with weeds. I travel a lot and my brother-in-law had done an awful job cutting the grass when he was living with me. I'm not sure it helped any. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say I probably needed more than three applications.

The service was one of Angie's List daily discounts. I ordered the service, but was unaable to speak with Kessigner's directly. I left them a message to come by anyway and aerate the front lawn which they did. The only minor issue was that they did not aerate a small area on the other side of my driveway. I suppose they would have if I was there at the time.

The job went well. They were really good.

It turned out fine. They did a good job. They came when promised.

Difficulties scheduling initially due to owner's family emergency. Once scheduled, they were supposed to be at our home at 9 am. They did not arrive until the afternoon. My husband was home so they went ahead and performed the work. I had wanted to be there personnaly but had told them I would be home only until noon. When they had not arrived by noon, I assume they were not going to show up because I had not received a phone call. My husband sais they did the core aeration but that evening I saw no plugs left over. Since I didn't get to to talk to the technicians, I can't confirm whether there were plugs and they removed them, or that the aeration was only done very superficially. However, the price was so low and I was very busy at the time, so I let it go.

Made arrangements with them to fertilize my front yard only (backyard is fenced in for our dog and I didn't want him exposed to the chemicals). They never called back to let me know when they were coming. I missed them the first time and on the second visit they tried to charge me for application to the whole yard. I had to explain that I had already talked to them about the back yard and he changed the amout back to the original agreement. Except for the miscommunication they were good and did the job asked. The yard did look somewhat better but with the drought it was hard to tell. I would use their services again.

I first used Kessinger Lawn Care last spring for soil core areation and then signed up for a full year's services of laen feeding, weed prevention and control. A very cost effective program with as good of resutls as one could expect considering the drought. Unlike other lawn care services I have used in the past, Kessinger Lawn Care did not make unnecessary (and potentially harmful) applications during the dorught months

Great from the time we scheduled the job and untill we saw completed work. They were able to meet our needs from discussing over the phone.

Kessinger Lawn Care showed up when scheduled. Unfortunately I was not able to be at home when the work was performed. They did miss some of my yard due to confusion about my property limits. When I call and explained what had happened the said they would take care of it the next day as they were still in the general area. They showed up and completed the work and expressed their regrets about the missed area. I was satisfied with the work that they performed and would recommend them.

After seeing the size of the lawn, we were given a quote in writing. It was slightly higher than the $30 per treatment we had purchased with the Big Deal, but we had expected that. After the first treatment, however, Kevin came back and wanted to add an additional charge for each treatment. We reminded him that we had a quote in writing, and he claimed he had not approved that quote. But he was sitting in the truck the day one of his crew members brought the quote to our door. We also got a quote for some additional work, such as trimming a few trees and shrubs, and had agreed to move forward with the work. But the work was never performed and no one ever followed up. We had also told Kevin we wanted aeration and overseeding and got a quote for that. He advised us to wait until fall. He gave us a quote, but that was the last we heard from him. He never followed up, even after we emailed to request the service. Their fertilizer product seemed okay, but communication was very poor. At one point Kevin said he'd ended up with more work than he anticipated, he let us drop to the bottom of his list, and then he couldn't meet his time frame commitments.

It worked out great! The only hiccup was I thought we had an appointment set up but they came early without calling. I spoke with the owner and he was very professional about it and even gave me a discount. If I ever had any lawn care needs in the future I would use them.

He did 3 applications. The lawn has looked great ever since. I did not have to contact him, he just did the job.

Overall, I would have to say I was diassapointed with the experience. I purchased this service through Angie's List Big Deal and when Kessinger arrived they charged me much more because my yard is large. That's fair enough, but on top of that Kessinger failed to keep their appointment on Firday, so we rescheduled for Saturday, and they arrived so late there was not enough day light left to finish the job. They returned later to finish. In addition, the pruning of the burning bushes was inadequate. So overall, I would have to say I was diasspointed.

Very professional, was on-time and did a very nice job! Would recommend to others.

Company was supposes to perform a set of 3 different applications of lawn fertilization. They did perform 2 of the 3 but because of the dry weather conditions they were unable to perform the third application. Of course that was not their default, blame it on the weather. I would definitely use this company again because I saw a difference in my lawn.

The first treatment was done on 3/19/2012, the second on 5/16/2012 and I paid the agreed upon $30 each time. I waited all summer to hear from Mr. Kessinger regarding the final treatment, thinking I had not heard because of the drought. I expected to hear from him in September but did not. I sent him an e-mail on October 17th asking him when I could expect my 3rd treatment and explaining that I had wanted to overseed my lawn but had missed the window because I did not want treatment chemicals on new grass seed. He apologized for the delay and explained that the application was a spray which could only be applied in calm weather. He said he would be at my home on Monday, October 22, weather permitting. This appointment was not kept and no explanation was forthcoming. On November 12th, I sent another e-mail again asking if this was going to be completed and if not, to please let me know and what arrangement would be made for a refund of the downpayment I had made in advance for the third treatment. He replied that he had my area scheduled for the 19th of November. No one showed up or called. On 12/13/2012, I sent an e-mail requesting a refund of my deposit for the 3rd treatment and have not had a response. This is not a lot of money, but it is the principle of the matter.

Everything went fine. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job on the fall clean-up. Will use them again next year.

It took the company a long time to return our initial call and to get US scheduled. nothing was explained in advance.we ended up calling several times to make sure we were going to get the three treatments. there were flags left behind but there was no information or instructions left after the treatments. we are still not sure if the last treatment was done. the price was great but we aren't even sure if the lawn was ever treated. we weren't impressed.
