We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. They would come and fertilize when I was gone, so it was okay. I wasn't overwhelmed with their work, but I wasn't disappointed either.

It was fine. When I called back and asked them questions, they were very nice.

They are able to get in and out very efficiently and their service is very great. I have continued to use them. My neighbors have commented that my lawn looks great.

This was an Angie's List deal for $89 for a certain amount of lawn coverage. The company would only provide service based on total lot size. My lot consisted mostly of mature woods. They wouldn't figure the pricing based just on my grass area. I contacted Angie's List and received a full refund for the Big Deal that I had purchased.

He came on the date the service was scheduled and he did a good job.

Purchased the special through Angie's list. Provider contacted me with a couple of questions and gave me an approximate window of dates when the service would be provided. (Questions regarded whether fence would be locked, if I had an lawn irrigation system or invisible fence; all pertinent to the job.) Kessinger Lawn Care also called the day before the service which was extremely helpful so I could make sure my lawn was prepared for the service! The service appears to be wonderful. The plugs were plentiful, deep, and completed when scheduled. I also received an after service call suggesting other lawn care needs that were noticed. Overall the service was very good and the price was comparable to other advertised pricing for the services.

They came and did their job. They were polite, efficient, and we were very pleased.

This was my first purchase through Angie's List. Co uldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend Kessinger Lawn Care to all my family and friends.

We had a bit of difficulty reaching the office; voice mail was left for us but we still had difficulty reaching someone to get us scheduled.

It went just fine. It took a little time to get him out, but I suspect he was behind due to all of the big deals. I had asked about further work, but never heard back.

My yard was a little bit more than what the big offered. I paid $20 extra, but enjoyed the service. It did take me several times to call them before they returned my call to schedule my appointment. I would not use them again because they are on the east side and I live on the southside.

Initially there was some confusion because the issue that we had was with the three applications. With the first application somehow they lost my name, I guess, because they had so many customers respond to the deal. I kind of fell off their radar from the standpoint of getting that first application done. I was in the middle of two applications, the first one and the second one, so they elected to double up on the application. I kind of felt there was an issue associated with time in a sense and I don't think I really got the full value because of the dual application. They had to actually do them pretty close together and back to back. The other thing was that they were obviously seeking other additional work relative to making notations, for example tree cutting and that type of thing which was fine, but once I told them I wasn't interested I got another call from them and a follow-up. I felt that was unnecessary,so I call it some up-selling that I really didn't appreciate. As far as their response when I addressed it with them initially they were apologetic. They didn't offer any other recourse other than the fact that they'll take care of me. They did follow-up after that, but unfortunately I don't think I got the true value for my lawn. I think because of that my lawn could've been in better health or in better condition. They weren't on time with the first application and I probably won't use them again.

They did fine. They did exactly what they supposed to and were here when they said they would be.
