It was an awesome experience. He was one of the most professional people I have ever met. He came in and went through the house with the cameras within a day or two. We received an email with the digital pictures and within a week we had the actual printed out reports. It was a wonderful experience, he had no bad news for us. I would highly recommend him, he knew what he was doing and got the job done.

He did a great job. It was exactly what I needed. He pointed out some specific places in the house where I was losing some heat and I was able to get that closed up.

It was a positive experience. He scheduled on time, showed up on time, set the right expectations, came in and did all the stands, gave us some initial observations about what where we might put some additional installations and where there were some thermal leaks. He said that he would send a report through computer in two days and it turned out to be in my inbox in two days.

It was very interesting and I got a written report that was very helpful. It was very informative and worth the money. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

The guy was good. He did a good job. We were fortunate that he didn't find any problems. The only thing I would say though is that the ad did not mention a requirement of a temperature difference between the inside and outside. Because for him to do the task, I think we purchased it in Spring if I'm not mistaken. We could not do it until they find at least a 20 degree difference between inside and outside temperature or the readings won't work. He seemed very honest. He didn't find any problems that weren't there. He gave us a colored printout of different areas to show how things look. So, I think it could be very beneficial to somebody that had some problem areas that they didn't know about. Because of the need for a temperature difference, he immediately told us when I tried to schedule it. He kept in touch with us over the months until we could do it. We won't use this provider again in the future because we don't need to. We don't have a problem.

It went well. It was an interesting process and I was happy with the service and results.

Very well start to finish. He emailed me the report with several thermal images of trouble spots.

I had a great experience. It went really well. They provided a discount on the price. I really liked that he was walking around with the infrared camera and identifying potential insulation issues. They were very nice and great. They were knowledgeable and explained everything. And they also provided a report at the end. I really liked it.

It was wonderful. He found lots of things that need to be looked into. He was very nice. He said I could follow him around the house. He was very accommidating. He told me what he was doing and ask questions anytime. He was on time but it did a take while to call back. I would reccomend him.

He was very professional and arrived on time. We went from room to room with a camera that showed where less insulation was based on the temperature. A blower test was also done. After the evaluation a professional report with pictures was sent to me. I found this very interesting to know exactly where the issues were in my house and what needs to be done to help with my energy costs.

They came out to the house and performed the blower door test. he used an infrared camera to point out major leakage. Later he sent a written report and photograph documenting the leaks. They were on time and professional. If you suspect you have a leak i would give them a call.

Good. I will use them again.

Contacted the company after purchasing a "Big Deal" and was told that there had to be a significant temperature difference between exterior and interior temperatures to get good imaging. It only took about a week or two to find a day that fit that description -- would be much easier to do in summer or winter. Went throught the house and found some issues to work on -attic access spaces, then he did a negative pressure test (air exchanges) and went back through the house to see if any leaks appeared on the imager. Thermal image photos were taken, the air exchanges recorded, and then he went outside and imaged the exterior of home to find issues. Not long after I received an email with the report and images with descriptions and following that was a hard copy in the mail. Very professional and helpful evaluation of some of the issues. A great way to see into your walls without ripping them out first. Also this company does not do repairs so he wont try to sell you something extra every 5 minutes, only does the job you hired him to do.

This is the first time we have had and infrared test along with a blower door test done in our home and found it very helpful in directing us to the most urgent points of need. I would recommend this service to anyone interested in not sending money "out the window".

i was very impressed with the knowledge of the technician who performed the work who answered any and all questions I had. After his inspection and within a short period of time he sent us a detailed report with pictures showing the exact locations in the outside walls or ceilings where infiltration was indicated. In my particular case, most infiltration was located where the outside walls met the ceilings (I installed more insulation in the attic to correct that) and in one instance where an inner wall connected to an outside wall (had to cut / patch drywall in the wall to access and stuff more insulation in the outside wall).

Art Tompkins of Infrared Technologies arrived at my home on schedule. He was neatly dressed and very polite. We walked through the whole house together. As he worked, I was able to observe and ask questions. I wanted to identify sources of heat loss in my home. He was able to pinpoint areas for me and made recommendations on how to fix them. He was able to confirm areas I was concerned about, found areas I had not considered, and showed areas I thought to be bad were actually okay. Overall, I would say it was money well spent and I now have a plan to address the worst areas.

Art was very responsive. We set up an appointment for him to come out and do the testing. He didn't show up and when i called him he had mixed up the days in his appointment book. He was very apologetic and came out right away. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed of his findings while he was doing the scan. He did a very thorough job and sent a nice written report with pictures within a few days.

They were on time and gave us some good advice.

This was a huge money-saver, not only in terms of finding out where i could make improvements but also where we could have contractors fix problems! We recently bought a large, 1920s house, and all the problems that go along with it! We knew energy effciency would be a problem and wanted to get a grasp on what was wrong. The big saver was when he showed us all the pictures of how well our home was insulated! We'd recently spent several thousand dollars to have insulation blown into all our walls. He found they missed large areas and we used the report to make the contractor come back and do the job right. If not for the inspection we'd have had no idea where we were missing insulation! Thanks so much for the great job and the massive amount of money saved!

He was very professional. He called me before I had a chance to call him for an appointment. He explained his services, and when I would get the best benefit from it. In his report, he confirmed a problem I though I had, and identified two problems I wouldn't have considered. I selected him from Angie's List big deals.

The auditor was easy to communicate with, and explain things well. He answered my many questions.

The job went very well. Not only did Infrared Technologies deliver on the promised services but was very helpful and clear on what items were of the most concern and which items were common for any type of home.
