Very well, professional service with a professional report delivered to home after service.

He found I needed new insulation and pointed out some other problems. He does no repair work himself and makes no recommendations on providers. Very objective. He was very professional and thorough. Friendly person. I have no reservations recommending him and would encourage any homeowner to have this done on their home.

Art was great. He did a good job and was very interactive, informative and spent the time educating the homeowner.

Once we got the job scheduled (it took a little while, since you need to have a 20 degree difference between the house temperature and the outside temp), it was a great experience. He came with a camera that takes infrared pictures of almost every area of the home and showed us where we are losing heat. It was incredibly informative, and now we know how we should spend our money to improve the efficiency of our older, Broad Ripple home.

It was awesome - they did infrared pictures of the house to show where all the leaks were, then a blower door test to understand how much air is getting in and out of the house, then made recommendations on how to fix it. A few days later, they mailed me a book with the pictures, data and recommendations of what to do to make my home more efficient. He was polite and helpful as i asked questions. Great Experience.

Art, identified some areas for improvement but overall, the house did not show any major issues of concern. The blower door test came in as ?good? with acceptable amount of air leakage. By acting on the improvements suggested by this report I will decrease my energy use and create a more comfortable environment in every room. Art was prompt in setting up the appointment and arrived on time. The test took about an hour to complete. He e-mail the results along with a hard copy via US Mail, I would certainly use his service again.

Purchased service as an Angie's List deal. Arrived promptly and was very thorough. Explained what he was doing as he went and when he found an issue, explained what might need to be done to correct the problem. Did a blower door test to determine how airtight the house was and explained the results. Was here over an hour and gave me a summary of his findings before he left and then later e-mailed me a complete report with pictures.

It was good. I don't remember him being late. So that means he was probably on time. He was really casual. I wanted to walk around with him and see everything he was doing as he did it. He didn't have a problem with that. He walked around and explained everything as he did it and then sent a pretty thorough report when he was done. He gave a pretty good discount. The report came a little slow. I actually have made recommendations to other people.

Art used his thermal camera to identify and take pictures of air leaks all throughout my house. He also performed a door blower test to identify additional leaks that were not previously visible. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time and went through the entire house. For each leak that he found, he gave me advice on how to fix the issue. He also put me in contact with a handyman to help get some advice on how to handle one of the more severe air leak areas. Once the work was complete, he put together a package of all the pictures he took and descriptions of the air leaks. He came out to my house on a Friday and emailed me the package the following Monday. He also mailed a hard copy, which I received about a week later. It was definitely worth it, and it helped me identify the problem areas in my house so that I can make some fixes to help conserve heat.

It turned out just fine. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Scheduling was ok, we had to reschedule due to the weather because there had to be a twenty degree difference between the inside and out. He had an infrared camera which I liked. His blower door was too small and didn’t block off for 8 foot tall doors, we had to place the blower door in a less than ideal location which may have affected the reading.

It was fine. He gave us a lot of useful information. He showed us how we could improve the insulation in our home. He provided a name to help insulate the house. He sent us photos. He was on time. The price was acceptable.

Test went very well and very easy. Found that my house was very tight and a few minor problems I needed to fix. Worth the money to know the previous energy savings work I did was working and installed correctly.

Art spent about 2 1/2 hours conducting a thorough inspection.He found several areas that I had no idea had issues, confirmed areas that I had suspected were issues and eliminated some areas I thought might have issues. For the areas that he found issues, he provided me with ideas on how I could fix them as well recommended a company who could address issues which were beyond my DIY skills. I was very pleased with the work Art had performed and would highly recommend him.

My son spoke with him. I found we didn’t learned enough from it to make it worth buying it again. The person who came out was professional and helpful and showed up on-time. The price was fair for their time, the report, etc. and they provided good customer service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was satisfied with them. They seemed pretty thorough. The price seemed reasonable. Quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were good. Everybody makes mistakes. As I recall the only thing he missed is that the flue on our chimney was open, and we didn't realize he didn't catch that. That should have been kind of a red flag, I think. He overlooked that.

Art was able to come out within a week of our first contact. He explained what he was doing and pointed out issued as he went. We went through the entire house, including the garage and unfinished basement. He also did a blow door test, to look for air leakage. We got copies of the photos in a few days and the final report in the mail in about a week.

Art did a fabulous job doing an energy audit on our house. The house is only 14 years old and thought it would have major issues with drafts/insulation, but didn't find a lot of issues. There were some minor things that could be done (caulking of windows, insulate electrical outlets), but overall gave us peace of mind of what to focus on and not spend money where it isn't needed.

We didn't know what to expect, but overall the experience went great! We purchased the Big Deal in May, but the weather has to differ by 20 degrees between the outside and inside. At that point, we had to wait until it got warmer outside. Art kept us informed via email. Art welcomes you to walk with him as he takes pictures and looks at everything with the infared camera. He gladly explains what he is looking at and what can be repaired. He then conducted the blower door test and explained that process too. After the appointment, Art sent us an email and hard copy of the report. If you are curious about air leaks in your home, we would highly recommend Art. We had a great experience and it was very informative. We also appreciated the fact that this is his speciality and he doesn't sell or install insulation, so we felt that we were getting accurate information.
