Awesome! From the start, Kristin was very helpful and responsive. If she wasn't able to answer right away, she got back to us within a couple of hours anytime we reached out. Responsiveness is the main reason why i choose to do business with them. Dave was also great. He communicated with us every step of the way. They also found a way to save us money mid project by using the existing stair treads instead of installing new ones. They a very honest company.

The house was unoccupied so I only saw the floor before and after. They got all of the residue from the carpet being glued/taped down off the floor. they sanded for a smooth surface and matched the stain to the hallway the room opens into perfectly.

We have waited 14 years to redo our floors thinking it would be way out of our budget. We contacted guardian to come out to look at samples first and found something we loved. We then scheduled an estimate. We were surprised at how quickly we were able to schedule to get them installed AND affordable. They were trying to get our floors installed in a day so four men showed up at my house. As a woman at home with my girls during the day, I'm usually a bit nervous to have work done before my husband gets home but we were all very much at ease. The guys were clean, personable, hard working, and polite. No objectionable language or music and they certainly knew what they were doing. Floors went in quickly, and they look amazing! This was our first "big" renovation type project and we are so pleased. The company is owned by a young guy, Dave, and his wife, Kristen. We had interaction with them both from the samples Kristen helped me with (God bless her...I'm not easy to work with in the decision making department) to the installation which Dave worked just as hard as his employees. We would use them again and recommend them to friends or family in a heartbeat!

Dave and Kristen were professional, pleasant, competent, and punctual. We not only love how the work turned out, but it was a genuine pleasure working with them. They were flexible in meeting our timeline and needs, and Dave came to our house multiple times outside of the project to show us stains/finishes and install some additional molding. My two year old (who loves tools and house projects) thinks he’s a superhero!

After being told by several flooring companies that I would need to replace my vintage mid-century pegged hardwood, I was very happy to learn Guardian could complete this project for me & install complimentary luxury vinyl tile as well. Their service and professionalism has been excellent, and pricing is impressively reasonable.
