The serviceman was on time, friendly, receptive to my questions, and worked quickly. The fan works well.

They did an excellent job. They came out within an hour and a half. They were very nice and very thorough, they also recommend a very good roofer to us. They are a family owned business with a very friendly staff and I will be using them in the future.

We were very happy with the service. Dustin was very professional and helpful. If I need electrical work in the future I will call Ellison first.

We contacted Ellison Electric concerning some outlets that were not working. We received advice over the phone on how to fix the problem free of charge in a courteous manner.

It was fabulous. They were so professional and very prompt and quick. They were really good about catching all of the debris and cleaning up after themselves. We were just really impressed.

They did a good job. They checked the house and showed us how to check it if it went out again. It ended up being the power companies fault. Bill advised us to call the power company first - which we did -but they sad it wasn't tehir problem. He even called afterward and suggested we file a claim for his fee with the power company since they were at fault.

Very well. They showed up on time, coordinated with the power company and building inspector to turn power on and off, installed the new panel and cleaned up afterward. The job went very smoothly and all work was done to my satisfaction. They labeled the breakers for me as well. I have used Ellison several times in the past for electrical work and have always been pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again.

I called Ellison Electric to move a stove electrical plug that was too close to a stud to allow the stove installer to use it. This was a big deal to me since the installation was on a Friday and I had already been without a stove most of the week. I was expecting that it would be Monday or Tuesday before someone could get out to fix this. Ellison Electric was able to come out same day and fix it. They even plugged the stove in and tested it. The electrician was courteous, professional and quick. I would use this company again if I have electrical work that needs to be done.

Electrician on time and reasonably priced. Pub a cleanup on Gain estimate on repairing outside light fixture too.

They came to our house with in a couple days and put in the lights in a timely manner, so polite, nice and did an excellent job. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used them.

The work went very well. I assumed he'd have to return to install the fixtures, but because the work was simple, he offered to complete it all at once - within one hour.

We had power outlets in our bathrooms go out. We tried resetting things like breakers and the outlet in the kitchen, but were not successful. We called Ellison Electric and they called us back and fixed our problem over the phone!! They knew exactly where the reset button was at and had us up and running immediately. The gentlemen from Ellison was very nice and knowledgable. I had no idea we had another outlet reset in our garage but they did and knew that it would fix our issue!

The agent called before coming, identified himself. Then entered home guarded his shoes, got to work, tested oil fits, wrote up bill and left home.

The evaluation had been done by an electrician found by one relative on the telephone book, without consultng your service. He concluded that the wires were warning up and we needed a 400 machine to control this, and we had danger of fire. Mr Ellison was knowledgeable and outstanding.

The men arrived at announced time and completed the work in the time allotted. They left the house in excellent condition.

They returned our call immediately. They called before coming and were on time. They were courteous and kind. They explained what they were doing and what had happened.

The company has traditionally been the default electrical service firm for our rental home's landlord, and virtually every time they've come out to fix an electrical short or other issue, they've failed and had to return once, twice, three times and sometimes even more often, most recently on approximately Friday, May 11 or thereabouts. Once again, as they've done several times, their electrician attempted to fix an electrical short in our bedroom, and just a few hours after he left, the fix failed. Upon addressing this failure, once again, to complete the job, Ellison Electric's administrative personnel behaved rudely and unkindly, at best. They lectured us over the telephone, telling us, "you should be answering your calls when we phone you." They make appointments then BREAK THEM OR RE-SCHEDULE THEM ON THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO VISIT. We've now made it clear to our landlord that he needs to switch electrical service companies because 1) we don't believe he is getting anywhere near the level of service for any price that he might be paying, and 2) that because of this incompetence, Ellison Electric, quite simply, can no longer be trusted. We have no idea what work they are really doing, and what they're not doing, because all of their behavior points to a company that simply is unwilling or unable to be the kind of service company that any residential customer could expect to trust with an aspect of home life that is so critical to a family's well-being.

Ellison Electric sent their employee to check the problem. Forty five minutes later (or less) the problem was solved and repaired. Very good service.
