Everything went perfect!! Very informative and professional. Top notch workmanship!!

I have a wireless smoke alarm system. It wouldn't stop beeping even after I changed the batteries in all the wireless units. The owner was in the area and came within an hour to unscrew the wired unit and replace the battery. He was pleasant, professional, and didn't charge me for stopping. He did say if an employee had come, he would have had to charge me, but he didn't, and I really appreciated it.

Work was done well with frequent communication.

Electrical box was corroded and overloaded, called for estimate and Mr. Ellison was prompt and professional. Estimate was actually lower than competitors and included more work (suggested replacement of outdoor conduit pipes). Work was completed in 2 trips, circuit box in one day, doorbell on another. Has good rapport with electrical company since power had to be shut off temporarily and house temp dropped to 55degrees in below freezing weather for a few hours. Doorbell install went smoothly and was installed quickly. Overall very professional work.

Good. Took extra time to fit remote piece into fan unit, so the price went up.....install cost way more than the fan :). But I do trust Ellison Electric and call them for all of my electrical needs.

The provider carefully reviewed the list of items to be repaired and communicated with me several times to prevent any confusion and to ensure that no time would be wasted for them or for me. I have rarely experienced the level of communication prior to a service visit that Ellison Electric demonstrated. If all service providers practiced such a commitment to understanding customer needs, there would be fewer problems and cost/time savings for everyone concerned. When at the address, the provider addressed all problems with an eye to practical solutions. That is, they were acutely aware of the cost and sought practical solutions but were also conducted the work to the highest safety standards.

Bill was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and make multiple recommendations. In short, exactly what you look for when hiring a company from this list. We have already requested a quote from Bill to do some work in our new home.

This is the second time I've used Ellison...both times I used the prepaid arrangement for time through Angie's. For this instance, I completed as much prep as possible, and needed them to complete the wiring. List included: - add 2 new outlets to living room - hook up 4 already installed can lights in living room ceiling, change existing switch to control them - add additional lights in furnace room - hook up 2 already installed can lights in bedroom, add switch Altogether, took the better part of a day to complete all work - happy with the quality of work.

I was told by owner that he would run a dedicated wire to the fuse box and a new circuit That did not happen- also their estimates are flat. I told them just come out and in? , the heat lamp , I was expecting them to wire the trip charge. They also are very pricy. Good job.

Great service! The receptionist was friendly, the owner Bill was quick to respond to schedule my appointment and Austin who installed the fixture was on time, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Austin gave recommendations on how to install my new fixture since the original fixture installed years ago by another company was not installed properly.

When I initially called I had to leave a message. That evening I received a call back to schedule service two days out. The electrician arrived exactly on time, 7:30am. He removed my garage ceiling fixture and installed two connecting LED fixtures in its place. Upon examination of the service panel he pointed out melted insulation on the wire going to the furnace. That wire was re-wrapped with insulation and reinstalled. All service connections were checked for tightness and panel cover replaced. All this in less than an hour.

We had purchased two hours of electric service from Ellison thru a special on Angie's List. We promptly received a call from the office to schedule a date for the service. The service tech went right to work and installed both ceiling fans in just under two hours. He did a great job, cleaned up his tools and work area. I would highly recommend Ellison Electric to anyone. I will definitely use them again when I need electrical help. Thank you very much.
