Good, honest work. He arrived early, did the job and did not leave a mess. We were very happy.

Work went very well. Electrician very knowledgeable and personable. Patiently answered all questions including questions about electrical changes I might want to consider for a future bathroom remodel.

Three workmen did all the work in one day, and everything works well. They explained their work and what we could expect. They cleaned up around all work areas. The government inspector for the city found all things according to code and in good working condition. I was given a discount for doing all the work at once and one for being an Angie's list customer. I was not charged more than the estimate. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have use this company before and liked there work. I was very pleased with the work and will certainly contact them again if need.

Excellent for everything, they have always been very responsive. Bill has always been nice and the guys he sends out have always been great as well, he has a good staff of workers.

Worked with me to properly locate the electrical outlets

This is the second time I have used Ellison. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and nice. The work was finished pretty quickly and was done to my satisfaction. The first time I used them was for an Angie's List special. I needed some custom work done and did not discuss it beforehand, so they did not have the parts on their van, and I had purchased the wrong part. They came back later in the day after I was able to get the correct part, and at no additional charge. I 'm sure they can't do that very often, but I was happy that they went out of their way for me. I would definitely use the company again.

Originally was going to be 2 weeks before they could do the work, but they had an opening got us in very quickly. Work was done very well and they cleaned up their work. I would use them for other electrical work.

Mr Ellis provided site survey & cost estimates. Assigned qualified electrician to complete & did so within two hours of arrival. Very satisfied with professionalism & work.

I took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal of two hours of electrical labor for $178.00 to replace and Installed: two sets of custom vanity lights in master bedroom bath, two dusk to dawn external lights on garage and he adjusted a spot light on the rear of the house. The work was completed within the 2 hours. The service person was on time to begin the work, customer friendly, experience and professional. He clean-up each work area after completing the task. I highly recommend Ellison Electric, Inc.

Our AC failed over the weekend. After our HVAC provider came out- they diagnosed our problem as electrical not an HVAC unit issue. I called Ellison on Monday and they were able to fit us (our lucky day) in on the same day as they had a small time slot. They were able to advise me whether to purchase the big deal (2 hours of work) or just download he 20.00 off coupon- due to their estimate of time it would take to fix the problem. They called me about 20 minutes prior to their arrival, Jason was professional and once he looked at the breaker box- determined it was a bad breaker and replaced it- which fixed the problem. He also checked the other breakers in both fuse boxes to make sure that all the connections were tight- that the other breakers were the correct kind and up to code (the one that failed was an off brand breaker- and not regulation). We now have peace of mind that our electrical is up to code- and safe. He asked if we needed other work done- but at that time we did not. They were awesome and "the hero". We appreciate that they were able and wanted to get out to our home before the end of the week when temperatures were supposed to be in the 80's. Thank you,

Electrician found the problem, which turned out to be a poorly wired circuit that was shorting out the rest of the circuit. He replaced the circuit and put a new GFI circuit in our bathroom. I was very pleased with the work and promptly hired them to come do some more work.

I called Bill a week before and he promptly returned my call and gave me some advice about which types of bathroom fans he has installed. This information helped me make a decision about which fans to purchase. He was able to schedule this job for the next week and had an excellent solution about a timer since I have teenage boys who don't understand fans need to be left on for a period of time. He replaced an outlet int he kitchen that had come loose. Bill is the ultimate professional and so were Austin and Dustin who performed the work.

It went very well. The electrician was very informative and explained why some things we had requested (such as changing 2 prong outlets to 3 prong outlets) could not be done due to code/safety reasons. The owner of the company was very helpful in helping me save money by reusing parts if able (we purchased this as a Big Deal and then had additional costs for parts and extra labor beyond the Big Deal purchase; these costs were explained to me prior to any additional work being done which I appreciated).

Outstanding work. This was a significant job requiring quite a bit of updating. Bill Ellison was very thorough detailing the work to be done, offered suggestions on what should or should not be fixed, the crew showed up on time and did a great job completing the work. I think his name was Austin (British guy) he was very nice. It did take him 3 hours to find the right junction box in attic to reattach lose wires. I have a home office so no electricity for 3 hours hurt. They were willing to come the day before on Sunday, at a higher rate.

It went great! Seems like every year I have some kind of electrical issue associated with my pool. Some of it has been pretty routine stuff (replacing GFCI outlets & breakers) because of the harsh outdoor conditions, but my biggest frustration over the past 5 years has been the pool lights. I can't remember the last time that both pool lights were actually working at the same time. I've had 3 electricians out during this time, and none of them were ever able to figure out how the company that installed the pool had wired the lights. It was like the "Where's Waldo?" of junction boxes! So I never really knew if a light was burned out, or if the light wasn't getting juice. Well today I had a great electrician (Austin) who finally figured out how the pool lights are wired, and my years of frustration have finally ended! He even drew a wiring diagram for future electricians who aren't as sharp as him. :) Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled with the service that I received today.

Owner of company responded very quickly to initial call for an estimate and provided the estimate himself within a couple of days. Received his estimate the same evening, along with additional information regarding an installation we requested that does not meet current code. He responded quickly when we requested changes to the estimate and when we contacted him to schedule, he was able to get us on his schedule within a week. To his credit, he would have been able to complete the work sooner had we not received a defective fixture which took additional time to replace. We are happy with the work performed and would use this company again.

It went excellent. Ellison has the best employees I've ever worked with when it comes to electrical things. Jason and Dustin were the ones that came out, they are great to work with and are such awesome guys. Bill Ellison worked with me for over 3 months in order to get this project right. I have recommend his work to others.

They responded right back and were ready to help but it ended up being the electric company's issue they corrected.

They came and put a new breaker. They gave us advice and everything went really quick! They person who came out was great and they were very prompt.

They were wonderful. The customer service was wonderful.

THE FIRST TRIP WENT WELL AND THE SECOND TRIP WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I EXPECTED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE THIRD TRIP TO FIX BEDROOM HEATER FAN LIGHT.
