Again another great job from Mr. Ellison- prompt, returns calls, knowledgeable- I only wish you had a rating higher than A- they are that good.

Ellison Electric provided a quote to replace a full main service panel with a new one with room to "grow" and reviewed and corrected problems found with the wiring and other problem that were not up to code, they also provided separate circuit for a heated tile floor being installed in sunroom and wiring for the termostat. This customer is VERY pleased with the service provide, they were prompt,neat and paid attention to the details of the job. We will also refer friends and family to Ellison Electric, Inc.

Our experience with Bill Ellision and his employees was excellent. I called and received a quote from a competitor who said they would charge for the "quote visit", if I did not have them perform the work the same day (pressure sales). Obviously I did not go with that company and they did not charge me for the quote. I called Bill and he was out to my home for an estimate within the week. Within 24 hours of his visit, Bill emailed me his quote which was almost half the price of his competition. I immediately accepted Bill's quote and he and 2 of his employees began work the following week. Bill and his employees showed up on time and began work immediately. I usually stay home and supervisor any work that is performed, however I had to be in the office that day and therefore my wife stayed home. She said they were very polite and professional while performing their work. They finished within half a day and I have had no issues. For the price, quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness, I will use Bill again and recommend him to anyone.

I talked with Bill and he told me that the fan may be fine but that the switch could be the wrong kind. He explained what type of switch we could try on our own before we went to the expense of a new fan and installation. We put in the type of switch he described and the fan works now without any noise. We are so pleased with Ellison Electric for talking us through the problem over the phone and saving us a lot of money. Bill spent a lot of time with me on the phone to help me understand what I needed to do. We will definite use Ellison Electric again for our future home needs!

Ellison was responsive, returning my call immediately, scheduling a service date within a couple of days (service was not urgent); serviceman was quick and professional; and Ellison followed up via e-mail twice.

Arrived promptly. Identified problem after trial and error; made repairs. Excellent job!

Called on Thursday and obtained an appointment for the very next morning. Diagnosed the problem (wall switch broken) quickly, went to store to obtain replacement and installed. Very pleasant and extremely professional. Definitely will use again.

I found them on Angies list. I like them. They are professional and responsive. They are a little bit pricey but they are well worth it. They get the job done. I would use them again.

Mr. Ellison arrived promply, I explained the loss of power. He immediately check all circuit breakers to determine if power was coming into the house. The breakers were okay, so he then checked the outlets in the family room and found the bad outlet. It was a quick replacement. I explained I also wanted to upgrade all outlets and replace two ceiling lights in the family room. He is going to put together an estimate and email it to me. I expect to use Ellison Electric for the work. He was professional and the service was excellent.

They corrected a problem that a supposedly licensed electrician had done when he fixed a light in my hallway. It had been messed up. They came in and found the problem right away. The previous electrician had fixed it. It would not light up. He thought that there was a problem between the light and the switch. The problem was because the wires had got crossed. The people from Ellision Electric identified the problem and straightened the wires. They also put a switch on the fan for me. They referred me to a person who would do some free standing lights for me. The prices were reasonable. I liked the way they explained everything. They gave me a very good deal as far as the price was concerned. They were very professional in the way they handled everything. They were very responsive and punctual.

On both occasions I was pleased with the promptness of the workers. I did do a price check but feel the charges were within reason.

Ellison Electric was GREAT! I had a yard sale Saturday and a rack had blew over and hit my coach light. It shorted out the coach light and kicked the circuit breaker. I had no lights in my garage, pantry, kitchen and breakfast nook. I called Ellison Electric Monday morning and they came out within two hours of me calling! It was wonderful, Matt fixed the wiring in the coach light, showing me what had happened and even showed me how to take the top off the coach light to replace the bulb if I needed.

He was very responsive, punctual, and very customer service oriented. I will contacting in the spring for some work.

They came out on short notice which allowed us to get our shelves completed.

Bill Ellison of Ellison Electric is very professional and fair in price. Yes, I will have him again.

Initially, the WIU cover was not installed. The plug was not replaced either. However, this was resolved to my satisfaction and the work is complete. I believe the instructions on work to be performed were poorly communicated and/or misunderstood. I didn't get involved until after the fact - so not sure where the confusion came from. I wasn't here either when the work was done... I dealt with Bill after the fact to correct the situation, and based on his attention to detail and professionalism, I have to assume that the request was not clear up front. My only disappointment is a licensed electrician (the one doing the work) SHOULD know that code is for a WIU cover outside - particularly for 220V...particularly for a circuit that had already been blown. I wish he would have pointed this out or asked a question -- it might have caught the confusion earlier and avoided a second visit, etc. BUT again - can't be sure where things got mixed up.

Responded very quickly to provide a FREE estimate. Easy to contact to schedule appointment. Electricians were prompt, quick, and very conscience to details. As an engineer, I have worked with many contractors and I found Mr. Ellison's company to be outstanding!

I have used Ellison before and I was very impressed by the quality of work, professionalism and very kind attitude his employees bring to customers.

We didn't know what was wrong with our plug in on our sun porch. We called Mr. Ellison and he told us how to fix it over the phone. We didn't know that the reset button for that plug in was in the garage and all we had to do was push it. I believe this shows what an HONEST man he is. He could have came out and charged us a large service call and pushed that button himself and made money off of us and we wouldn't have known better. Also Mr. Ellison called us back the same day we called him. If I ever need an electrician or anyone I know does I will recommend this company!
