They have put 2 roofs on for us. The quality of workmanship is very high and their prices are competitive. They are reliable, and very responsive anytime we call.

Their service was good. They were very professional and showed up on time. Their prices were very competitive, and they did quality work.

I got an estimate promptly upon contacting the company. Custom Exteriors worked well with the insurance adjuster. As soon as I picked a color, the company scheduled the work for the next week. They arrived exactly on time, cleaned up scrupulously after themselves, worked in all reasonable conditions, and handled an extra request(replacing floodlight bulbs on second story)with courtesy. The work was done within the week, even with a weather delay. They always kept me informed about the status of the job.

My insurance paid for the cost of everything. They moved there schedule around us so they can meet with us. They did the work very prominently when they were there.

It was really good. They came out to look at the job, then called me back with an estimate. They were professional and polite. They were good about cleaning up when they finished. They even cleaned up part of a mess that I had made. I was surprised.

I had some concerns about the quality of work that they did. I live in an old house, and there were parts that I thought they needed to repair before they put on the shingles. I kind of had to go around with them by telling them that some of the wood needed to be replaced first. There were also some problems with the caulking and the trim work. I called in and talked to one of supervisors, and they told me that they had fired the worker that had done the work for me, and they sent somebody out to correct the problems and redo the work. I was having some leaking issues on the front porch and garage over the next year, and they were great about repeatedly coming out to try and find the leak and correct it. They finished on a high note.

They got the product we wanted. They were here when they said they would be here and they finished in one day. They did a very good job cleaning up the mess when they were done.

He arrived on time to do the work asked of him. I would use him I the future. He was professional while he worked. I would recommend him. The quality of his work was good.

They did a great job. If I had to, I would use them again. They did clean up well after themselves as well. The work was done in the time frame quoted. The roof comes with a 15 year warranty.

I gave Mark a summary of my insurance company's estimate of damage. He looked at the damage and the estimate and told me the insurance company was using old tables for the estimate. After discussing the situation with him and the insurance company the insurance company agreed to update the estimate and asked me to sign the contract. After signing the contract his company performed the services or subcontracted them in about two or three weeks. We had sold the house with the stipulation that we would have the hail damage repaired and paid as shown in the insurance company's report. Our home buyer was very satisfied with the work performed. They suggested that we not re-flash the skylight since it didn't leak. They lowered the contract price accordingly. Mark indicated they would deliver the warranty to our house buyer. We would highly recommend the company to anyone!

Very good from start to finish. Made follow up visit to make sure everything was acceptable and complete.

Everyone we dealt with was great. From the office gal to Mark to Pablo & crew. Everyone was very professional & polite. Mark returned our calls promptly. He came out to the house exactly when he said he would. Was easy going & not high pressure. An excellent communicator. He kept in constant communication with us as to working with our insurance adjuster. When the materials would be delivered & the actual job would be done. Pablo and crew were hard, skilled workers & did a great job. We had 2''of rain a couple days ago and no leaks...everything was dry. Even though the crew cleaned up well. Mark gave the magnet roller another spin when he came to pick up the check. Just to make sure it passed his inspection. We have a couple minor things to ''fix'' & he told us someone would be out soon to do that. We're sure someone will be. This company has held true to it's word the whole time. It was a pleasure doing business with this trustworthy company.

They did a beautiful job. They were on time. Even though they had to do a few more things than they initially thought they still stuck to their original estimate. They had good follow through.

Very professional and hard working crew did an excellent job of roofing our home. On time and and great satisfaction. We are going to hire them in the future because our trust in them has been established.

Was told the job would start in 5 to 6 weeks after signed contract. It actually in began 4 weeks and was completed the next day. There was a problem with some gutter shield that got bent up and after calling them, someone came out the next morning and corrected it to our satisfaction.

I signed this contract at the same time as a roofing job with this company. The roofing job was done in a timely manner and I have filed a favorable report on it. The siding job is another story. It was supposed to be started in 6 to 7 weeks after the Aug. 1, 2006 contract signing. I have called twice and have not gotten a start date yet. All they would say is, "It will be a little longer yet". It is now 13 weeks since I signed and still no start date has been established. I am beginning to think that the only reason I was satisfied with the first job was because they used a sub-contractor to do it. I am most unsatisfied with this company.

Very professional and courteous and on time for all appointments and explained their estimate thoroughly and revised it as needed. They did not have the style windows I wanted (stainable interior vinyl/fiberglass), but I plan to use them in the future for other windows in my house. Good window and a good company.

This is a great company to work with. Matt is pleasant and follows up when he says he will. He was thorough in evaluating the problem. Bill did the work and was experienced, thorough and did a great job. We have used them before and would use them again.

They were on time. They were reasonably priced. The office help as well as the repairmen were all very polite. They went out of there way to fit MY busy schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who need repairs done. They not only took pictures of the roof damage (for me) for the insurance, but also made sure to show me the damage the lightening did to the decking board (under the shingles) as they were cleaning up the old materials.

EVEN THOUGH WE AGREED TO JUST A PRELIMINARY GUESTIMATE, HE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME TO MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR OPTIONS WERE TOUCHED ON. I'M CERTAIN WE WILL CALL HIM AS SOON AS WE ARE READY TO START THE WORK.

WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY RECOMMENDED A REPAIR THAT WAS LESS COSTLY AND SMALLER IN SCOPE THAN WHAT WE INITIALLY THOUGHT. WHILE WE COULD HAVE HAD THEM DO A MORE EXTENSIVE REPAIR, THEY FELT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY. THEIR APPROACH MADE US FEEL LIKE THEY HAD OUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND AND NOT THE FEES THEY COULD CHARGE US FOR.

VERY FAST, NEAT WORK, TOM WAS EASY TO GET ALONG WITH, VERY FRIENDLY AND LAID-BACK. JOB WAS TALKED ABOUT ONE WEEK, WITHIN A WEEK AND HALF THE WORK WAS FINISHED IN TWO DAYS.
