Great. They did a thorough job, well supervised and good clean-up afterwards.??

They are a higher end company and more expensive but you get what you pay for. We had a problem but they came back at no charge to fix it or do some add ons. They are a good honest company. You are going to pay more for them. They are not going to use sub-grade materials.

Matt worked with us during the quotation process to insure that we would get a trouble free roof that would last far longer than the eight years we got out of the old one. He took pains to make sure the new roof and gutters would blend in with our existing color scheme. He also worked with us to get a price we could live with. Everything went well. They arrived on time every day and got right to work. The weather cooperated with them and they got it done a bit earlier than I expected. They cleaned up every day before they would leave, and Matt always made sure I knew what they would be doing the next day. We have had Custom Exteriors work on our house in the past and their workers are always friendly and helpful. This time was no exception. We are very pleased with the new roof and gutters. They look great. Custom Exteriors has exceeded our expectations once again.

They were referred by someone that my husband talked to and I will use them again in the future.

Called out to inspect roof leaks, told us he could fix for 800.00 but really needed a new roof. Said that if we decided to not do roof would fix and then apply 800.00 to bill when we decided to do roof. Decided to do roof at the time rather than wait. Showed up with 15 people to fix roof. Cleaned up every night when finished for the day stayed late finish what they started that day.

I hired them in the fall to wrap all of the exposed wood trim on the house. They came out the first week in Feb. and it was about 5 degrees above zero, the coldest week of the winter so far. I told the salesman which was the owners son (Andy) that it is to cold to install siding and it is way to cold for the men to be working out side. Andy told me that he had to make pay roll and that he didn't care how cold it was for his men. He said if they don't work they don't get paid and he couldn't make pay roll. They installed all of the siding and new gutters at 5 degrees above zero. It all looked ok until July and it all buckeled and warped. They had to replace all of the siding under warranty. They did not replace the warped gutters because they subbed it out to another company. I called Andy about replacing the gutters because they looked terrible and also some of the siding had gaps in it and because of that I was getting bee's in the attic. Andy never returned my call. I called several more times but Andy just wouldn't help me out. I was stuck with the ugly gutters and a attic full of hornets. I called the company about a year later and asked for Andy, I was told that he no longer works for them but Andys brother worked for them. I talked to his brother and he was willing to help me to get the gutters replaced. I had some more siding for them to replace under warranty because it was warped and had gaps in it allowing bee's to get inside of the attic. There worker came out to replace the siding but the roll of material was the wrong color, it did not match the color on the house. He said he would order the right color and when it comes in he will replace all of the bad siding. Well the worker NEVER showed up to fix the bad siding under warranty. I will NOT recommend Custom Exteriors on the east side of Indy .

There were no problems of any kind. The job was done in less than a day. They replaced some decking around the fireplace chimney and replaced the flashing. The unneeded chimney was torn down and the hole patched. Everything looks great, there are no leaks and my wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Matt came out and quoted three different prices for the separate jobs, and a lower price for all three (windows, gutters, siding) done as a package. We ordered the complete package. When the windows came in, Matt discovered that he had ordered a more expensive style of window than we ordered. Rather than incur a long delay while Custom exteriors reordered the other windows, we worked out a deal with Matt to use the windows we received at the same price. Once that was agreed to, work began right away. Th attic was insulated first, then the windows and siding where tackled. Both Steve and Ronnie did a fabulous job, doing first rate work and tending to the smallest details flawlessly. Each morning Steve would let me know exactly what they would be working on that day so there were never any surprises. Both Steve and Ronnie went out of their way to take care of little things like replacing hooks for hanging planters and bird feeders in exactly the right places. Ronnie even installed some new seals around the garage door when he was installing vinyl covering there. Nice touch! It was a 9 or 10 day day job, and Matt came by every so often to make sure everything was going well. When the job was over there were a couple of drain hole covers missing on one of the windows and we needed some touch up paint for a small flaw on one of the windows. Matt brought those items by for his wrap up inspection took care of them himself. Both my wife and I are very impressed with how well everything went. Thanks to everyone at Custom Exteriors for doing such good work, and for taking such good care of us. You do good work.

We had a strip of siding that ripped and was dangling from the side. They came out and replaced it. It went very well. It took a little longer than we thought for the piece to come in. Their response was good and they matched the piece perfectly. It has been great and you cant even tell it has been replaced.

They always do a good job. I can always depend on them to do the job well.

It was an absolutely must do project for us. The crew was great. The owner, Matt, was really easy and flexible to work with. The project went great and their price was right on. We have not had a single problem with the roof this winter in spite of all the ice. I also had them look at our detached garage. They were a great company to work with.

All went well, after the job was finished Matt Jouppi came by and we reviewed the work and he inspected the yard and drive for any trash or nail. Matt was here for the roof installation and insulation, he didn't just show up for the estimate. I interview many roofing co. and I felt comfortabe w/Custom Exteriors. This is the 2nd time I have used this company.

They did a thorough job and they didn?t rush through. There was one man who came out and worked for a couple of days. The quality of the siding was good. There was a problem afterwards with a vent and we asked them if they would come back to fix it. So they did come back to fix it. I felt that they were honest and fair. The siding is still very nice. There is no damage and nothing has blown off till now. We did contact them recently for installing windows. However, I liked the product that another company offered than what they offered. They hauled everything away after the work was done and everything was very clean at the end. They weren?t the highest, but were in the middle range. Their price was good since they used good materials. It was not like the low-budget siding job. The work was very well done. They were responsive since they did come back to fix a problem. They were here when they said they would be here. The man did bring his son on one day and so some people might not like that. We would use their services in the future too. We had a good experience with them and that?s why we contacted them again for the windows.

finished project looked great. There was one piece of trim rotting at base that they'd just painted over, but when pointed it out to them (as well as paint on siding that needed cleaned), they replaced the 1 1/2 ft section and did very throrough job completing the work. Have used them before for new roof, which is why had them back. They thoroughly explained how they planned to repair the siding to best match (hard to do w/ 25 yr old siding). And made recommendations of what I should consider in next couple years. Will continue to use them. Quotes were competitive.

Things turned out very well with all of the projects. We didn't have any problems with them at all. I was very pleased with the salesman as he was very personable.

I was happy when they got done. The price was reasonable, I thought. The workers were very good. I did have to call them back to repair the chimney caps.

They're perfectionists. I had used them many years ago, so I knew how they worked. They're also a Christian company.

They were excellent. Their prices aren't always the cheapest, but the value you get out of it is worth it. They did an excellent job overall and with the cleanup especially.

They fixed the leak and were great workers.

They did the roofing work for the house and for 3 outbuildings. They did a good job. I had some issues after they had finished the work. So, I let them know about the problem and they came out to fix the problem. They also provided a 10 year warranty and they were really good.

Did a very nice job of fulfilling contract, in spite of some questionable weather. Cleaned up every evening and left property as they found it,

Due to temperature issues we had some bubbling problems with the roof on my own home and they came back within 2 days of calling them to repair it. On one of the homes I own they assessed the roof and told me what it needed. They tore off the roof and put it back on. They helped me with a problem with the hip structure replacement on the roof and didn't charge me any extra. They were true to their word of sticking with the price we agreed on for whatever they may find needing repaired with the roof. They completed the job in a timely manner.

Over all it went well. I was called the day before by project manager to let me know what day they expected to come, barring rain. The installer came the next morning and started the job. He was concerned that old roof debris would not fall on landscaping or driveway. He laid out tarp on ground and 99% of the debris was thrown on it. Installer did a fine job. There has been only one rain since installed and it was not a storm with winds of 50+ miles per hour, which is when the old ridge vent would leak, so time will tell if it cured the problem. I am certain it will, as is Custom Exteriors.

They were very professional from my first meeting with them through to the finished work. They were very conscientious in their cleanup and were extremely careful not to damage my landscaping. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Mark came out and did an initial presentation of their product and their service. He was courteous and professional. We got other estimates and while theirs was not the lowest price, we felt that after considering all factors Custom Exteriors was the best choice for us. Factors we considered were price, quality of product sold, reliability, reputation of company, punctuality and delivering the level of service promised. We agreed on a price, they ordered the windows which came in when promised and an installation date was set. Chris the installer came out and installed our windows. He was thorough, professional and did a great job for us. Mark the sales person came out during the installation to check the work being done and helped Chris while he was here. He returned a few days later to make sure we were satisfied and collect the balance of the money.
