We are The Maids - a ridiculously thorough house cleaning service in Greencastle. We like to think of ourselves as professional connoisseurs of clean. And we're committed to giving you the best clean imaginable. We set ourselves apart by cleaning homes in teams of four. Our professionals employees are bonded and insured - each one trained and certified. We use our own products and supplies, like our specialty vacuums with HEPA filtration that remove 99 percent of all dust and allergens. Our cleaning products are environmentally safe so we can ensure they won't leave behind harsh odors or cause damage. We clean the smallest of details, like doorknobs, light switches, phone receivers, remote controls and appliance handles, because we know where germs try to hide. Description of Work: They were a little late to arrive for the cleaning (supposed to arrive late morning, arrived closer to 2 p.m.). It was pretty dirty, so it took a little longer to clean than anticipated. Overall, they did a pretty good job of cleaning the house.

The work was perfect. They always show up on time. They have a crew leader that takes care of any issues and keeps me updated on everything with the work. When they come to complete the work, they put booties on their shoes to keep the flooring clean. They do a great job and pay attention to detail. They have taken all of the couch and chair cushions off and vacuum everything. When the work is complete, the bathrooms are remarkable as well. Also, then they are completed with the work, they let me know they are complete and allow me to do a walk-through of the work with them.
Description of Work: They provide housecleaning services twice on a monthly basis for our business.

We have utilized their services now for a few months, and I have been very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work that they do. With every clean, they have a team of 4 that visit our house, and they do a much better job then I could ever do. Also, if notice that something was missed, they have always come out the next day to fix it. You get the sense that these people really care about what they do. I have recommended their services to 2 other people, and I have heard similar comments from them.
