Available information online said the part replacement should be in the range of $400-600. We felt the service was overpriced, but had to pay $98 for a service call that did nothing but confirm what I already knew. We called another company the next morning who was able to obtain the part same day and install it in under an hour for hundreds less, showed up on time, and didn’t try to scare us into immediately buying a whole new system."
