Very well. They came twice and kept in touch about dates and times very well. Very polite and very helpful.

I e-mailed Randall & Sons (after reading Angie's List reviews) to repair two long-standing, minor leaks. I was contacted within minutes of sending the e-mail and an appointment was set for less than 36 hours later. Mr. Randall arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began working immediately after i had shown him the problems. After a brief examination of the leaks he explained the cause of the problems and the proposed solutions to me. He had to leave to purchase necessary repair items but quickly returned and completed both jobs within two hours of appointment time. His comportment was professional, courteous and considerate throughout the process.

Their estimate was on the money but I had somebody else do the work that was already repairing my whirlpool tub. I did schedule an appointment but I called the next morning and canceled the appointment. They were willing to come out and their price was good. I would absolutely call them again if I needed them.

We called Spike and told him the problem. He said he could fix it so we set up a time. He was punctual, polite and professional. Took a look at the problem and told us about how long it should take him and how much it would cost. He had the tool to shut off the water at the street, went straight down and fixed up those pipes and the valve. He wasted no time, finishing up in the amount of time he had estimated. We were very much impressed with his company. We would certainly use him again and strongly recommend Randall & Sons Plumbing.

I hired Randall and Sons to find and repair a leak located behind a wall, after another local plumber refused to go into the wall to fix the leak. Danny was able to come out to my house the same day I called. He cut into the wall, quickly located the leak in a badly corroded pipe running to the bathroom faucet, and fixed it right away. He cleaned up after himself (although I will be responsible for patching the drywall, which is to be fully expected) and was very professional throughout. Quite a pleasant contrast to the other plumber who just shrugged his shoulders when he couldn't "find" the leak. Price-wise, I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again for another plumbing job.
