Description of Work: Jim was VERY responsive and professional. I did not rate the "price" because the quote given may have been a fair price, but it seemed extremely high to me. The interaction was good, however, I will not be using their services.

+ -1 moreThis company was very responsive. The customer service person was helpful. The repair person was very knowledgable and courteous. He fixed my leak and another I was unaware of. He also fixed a boot over a vent pipe that was ripped. My experience with Unique Siding was the best that I have had with a contractor/repairman. I would very highly recommend Unique Siding. If I replace the roof, I will use this company.
Description of Work: I called Unique Siding because I had a leak in my roof and water was pouring in my garage. The customer service person asked if they needed to come out and tarp the leak until it could be fixed. I said yes. Within an hour a service person came to my house. He asked if he could just fix the leak instead of tarping the leak. I said yes. He found that the leak was from another contractor doing bad work. He tore out all of the leaking shingles and replaced them. He also found another leak I was not aware of and fixed it also. Within 3 hours I went from a leaking roof to a fixed roof. Very good work and service. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I would recommend this company very highly. We have a large home in the country and they replaced our roof. They did a wonderful job. Very fast and very good. Friendly employees and a person visiting would never know that a new roof job was just done because they cleaned up all the mess.
