We are very happy with all of the work that Unique Siding has done for us. We highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest quote you will get but the quality of work is second to none and you won't be disappointed.

We did not use them. It was more expensive than the quote we went with. They were professional and quick in getting the quote to us. It was a difference of $4000 - $5000.

It looks like a million bucks. And it cost about half what somebody else quoted for the same job.

We were very pleased with the work Unique Siding did. When I called for an estimate, co-owner Lynn M. promptly came out to the house, we talked at length and he gave me various options. Once he realized what I was looking for he offered to sell us all the siding material we needed at a discount, because he had similar material in his warehouse that had been special-ordered for another client but went unused. Prior to installation Lynn had it custom-painted to match our existing house color (we were only having the second floor of the home re-sided. We got a good approximation of the crew's start date, and we were kept updated with a few last-minute date changes. Once the crew of 4 began work, they kept at it full force until the job was done 5 work-days later. The crew was lead by company co-owner Myron, who was very professional and efficient in leading the work. All four of the guys were friendly, hard-working and focused on their work. In just two days they tore off the entire upstairs exterior shingles, cleaned up all the mess and installed the rigid insulation, which amazed me, having done a lot of this laborious work myself in the past. I could tell they were working hard, no goofing off or breaks except for lunch, and the insulation was carefully seam-taped and fit around existing windows. The crew carefully spent the next 1-2 days fitting all the necessary flashing, trim, building out the window frames and installing custom-made new window headers to match the original house and first floor trim (a semi-historic 1917 home). The final 2 days were spent putting up the new siding. When they left at the end of the job the property was spotless- I literally could not tell that a big construction project had just taken place that scattered old material and cutoff all over. The house now looks fantastic, better than I had imagined. The crew really paid attention to detail and did quality work. Periodically I would interrupt them with questions or a special request, which they promptly responded to. Compared to other construction crews I have worked with, the guys were in good spirits, seemed to enjoy their work and be good friends. They really seemed to want to be doing a quality job. The thanked me for the work at the end of the project. After a few days of watching their progress, I decided to have Unique Siding also upgrade our windows (ordering and installing new custom storm windows), which I had originally planned to contact a local window company for. I believe I got very good value for the money spent, and would definitely use Unique Siding again for any future needs. In addition to siding, they do roofing work and windows.

They did a perfectly fine job. They cleaned up really well. I was quite pleased with there overall performance.

I called Lynn about a problem with our roof that caused a leak. He came to our house and said that it was probably caused by the sealants around our furnace vent pipe. He promised to have his men out that week but they never showed. I called him the next week to get it repaired before it snowed and he said that his man was busy with another job and would try to come out in a few days when it was predicted to snow. So, I called another contractor & they showed up even with snow on the roof. Lynn didn't want to bother with it since it was such a small job & there was snow on the roof! Not very professional or reliable!

The job went well. Rain delayed the start of the job by about a week. The windows took about 4 days to install. Replaced old wooden windows that wouldn't open along with storm windows. The siding took a bit longer because of a lot of detail work- about two weeks. House looks great- pacific blue siding with white trim.

Fearing we needed a new roof, it was welcome news that the problem was much smaller.

The work was performed by an awesome crew. they cleaned up each evening which I appreciated. The roof looks great!

Although no work was proposed, or performed, recommendations were offered to deal with the problems reported. Thanks, Jim.

I did not meet him the first time and told him to just come out and look at it and send me a quote. I met him Tuesday of this week. He is a nice guy and there is nothing negative other than he is a little slow in getting me the quotes.

They quoted me over $10000. I decided not to go with them because they were way too high and I had to ask for it more than once. It was all done by e-mail; so I didn’t really talk with anyone.

I tried to use a church member, but he was unresponsive. Went to Angie's List and foun Unique. Fortunately for me, I was in their 40 mile radius.

I would give them an A+; they were absolutely outstanding. We had a little problem at first and I called them on a Saturday night. The gentleman that helped us was extremely responsive and concerned and he took care of every single issue. I would recommend them without any hesitation. When we need a roof in a few years, I will call them.

They were quick and after they did not make a mess. The work was done well and I would use them again in a heart beat.

We were left with a positive impression of the company. Theirs was not the lower estimate (we've had two so far), but it felt like the one that was more realistic and less likely to lead to unpleasant suprises if we chose them to do the work.

I got a 10% discount; so it was about $6700. Their service was really good. The roof that they have put on the house has 50 years shingles. The workmanship warranty is 10 years which I really liked and it was like 5 years at the most at the other places. They have a large crew. They came out and started tearing off the roof. Then they put in the tar paper. When the shingle truck came, they brought the wrong shingles. So, I wasn’t too happy about that. It wasn’t their fault, but it really upset me. They said they could go ahead and use the shingles. They looked the same, but the warranty was different. So, I told them that I didn’t want them and asked them to come back the next day. The guy on the shingle truck was calling his boss and I told him to let me talk to his boss if his boss gave him any problem. I told them that it was not what I paid for and not what I wanted. I made him drive back to from where they got them. They were gone for two hours. Then they came back and put the right shingles. It wasn’t actually the siding company, but it was the supplier who messed up. Their price was pretty good. I had a few other estimates. One was a little bit lower, but that guy wasn’t going to replace my vents and the warranty on the shingles wasn’t like Unique Siding. That’s actually why I took the other one. The difference was about $500. I was really upset, but they were good about it.

Someone from Unique Siding Co. Inc came and took a look at my roof. It turned out to be not as bad as I thought. The roof didn’t need any work. My experience with them went very well. They were very friendly and very helpful. They tried to accommodate me and my schedule in terms of meeting me at the house and giving me instructions. They were timely in their response. I would consider contacting them in the future.

Beyond Excellent. We had a complicated, multi-dormer, 3rd story steep roof on an older house in which we wanted to preserve the look and have a modern roof and gutter system. They were very professional and patient while we made choices and suggested where money could be saved and when it was necessary to have things done. When the work began, they were able to complete all of the major work in about one week, we never even saw them. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, and they even drew the permits ahead of time (St. Joe's). They listened to our needs, and were accommodating and had extremely high-quality workmanship. After the major construction was complete, the gutters were installed the following week in two days, and the carpenter came in the following week for a week of work. It was extremely well timed, efficient and well executed. There was a minor problem with the alignment of a gutter channel, which was addressed almost as soon as we spoke on the phone. This is a great firm!

I am very pleased with the job from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship and materials were just as I expected. Daily cleanup was done at the end of each day. Full cleanup was done at the end of the job. The price came in at the quoted price despite the many additional manhours required, due to snow nearly every day of the job. The price quote was neither the lowest or the highest. Due to the references, integrity and the stability of the company, I feel I got more than my money's worth. The BBB reported a clean record and the company was a member in good standing of my local County Builders Association. I found no negative comments on Angie's List

I didn't use him but if I did the roofing I would probably use him. His price was reasonable compared to the other people I had come out. I had 6 different companies come out. I liked Jim, the owner. I felt like he was pretty straightforward and wasn't jerking my chain. I didn't feel like he felt that I was dumb because I was a woman. He answered my questions and I didn't feel like he was trying to chisel me on work that didn't need to be done. It took about 1 ? weeks to get back to me but that was okay. He was here when he said he would be.

The job went really well start to finish. From the initial call to inspection and final work they were very professional and great to work with. Most importantly very high quality workmanship. The roof hasn't leaked again and I would highly recommend this company.
