Vent was cleaned as specified.
Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning as originally bid on. This however could have led to far increased costs not contracted or budgeted for by adding vent house air duct cleaning which I did not ask for and refused. This was very close to "bait and switch" that some businesses do.

I would not have them do it again. I do not think the job was thorough enough because of what they did. They had an air compressor and they blew the ducts out, but they did not have a rotating brush head up in there to knock anything that had affixed to the air ducts itself. That was what really irritated me. So, I would not recommend them and I would not go with them again. They were not really efficient. I think they could have done a better job. I think I just paid $100 or something like that. For what I got, it seemed a little salty, but if you were to figure in if it was done right, it would have been a good price. I do not think they are very professional compared to some other companies out there.

We are very sorry you feel that way. We do not use brushes but we do use the viper whip system. It is the newest and best system in the market to date. We have a great system that does a great job. I'm sorry if you were not informed well enough on how our system works but I can assure you received a job well done but in case there was something specifically that you were unhappy about we do guarantee our work 100% so you could have called us and we would have taken the time to come back out. Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon for their service ($49 for 10 vents, 1 return and 1 trunk line). What is not mentioned that your may have more than 10 vents, returns or trunk lines. I ended up paying $350 for this service. | |The positive thing about this is that it seems after seeing all of the dust and debris that was blown out of my duct lines, it was worth the money. | |The company was great to work with because I needed to cancel and reschedule three times.
