Did not clean up after himself, Did not cover any furniture or bother to tell me to shut down the system before he started. Claimed he left the shopvac back at the worksite. Seth was a nice enough guy but he didn't seem thorough. He seemed more interested about what I did for a living instead of the task at hand. I had to follow him around to make sure that everything was being done properly. For $500, I have to bust out my shopvac and clean up after the tech? 1/5.

The technician was going to go through the window but then decided to go through the slider and ended up breaking the window well cover. He also drug in tons of wood chips and dirt all over and did not clean up when he was done. He left cut outs of metal in the basement. Three of them on the ground and I stepped on one and cut my foot. He did not seal up all the holes that he cut and left a huge pile of dryer lint in my brand new wood chips. And it seemed like the price kept going up and up and up for a place that’s under 800 ft.². The manager said they would call me to set up a time to come out and Properly seal the heat ducks and to clean up but nobody ever came out and nobody ever called

Clayton did a professional cleaning service in my home recently, he was very friendly and gave pertinent advice on how to keep my duct system clean.

Integrity did an excellent job. Ducts were cleaned in a very efficient and unobtrusive manner.

Went well, even cleaned our Dryer Vent which seemed to have a problem.

They were a no-show twice. Very bad!

Was told to be available between 8 and noon. Got a call at 12:15 that they were having scheduling problems. They asked if I could be available for an arrival between 1:00 to 2:30. I agreed. Agent arrived at 2:45. Agent told me that there would be a $49 fee since our house was on a slab. That was the first time I was aware of this fee and told the agent there should be some kind of compromise since I had waited since 8:00 this morning and they had basically consumed the entire day. Agent said he would work with me. He inspected the house and came to the conclusion that he was unable to clean the ducts since their equipment couldn't connect to our furnace. He did say that he would clean the dryer vent and and use some kind of disinfectant for our ducts which is normally a $129 service in itself for the price on Angie's list. I agreed. Agent then asked if I had a ladder he could use to enable him to clean the vent which sort of surprised me as I would think they would have the necessary equipment for such a service. None the less I got him a ladder to use. Disinfecting the furnace vents consisted of using a spray bottle of some type of liquid and spraying the furnace filter after showing him how to get to the furnace filter, and then going through the house and spraying each of the furnace vents in the rooms, and the cold air returns. The other thing that stuck me as odd was that our heart vents are mounted in the ceiling. He took his spray bottle and sprayed upwards, but it looked like to me most of the spray just fell to the floor. After this he picked up his stuff and left. I had to go out and retrieve my ladder and put it away. All in all I was not impressed. And if that's all that's involved with disinfecting a heating system for $129, I'm in the wrong business.

This is a scam being conducted by either Angie's List or "Integrity" Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning. Here's what happened: - I purchased the deal from Angie's List which indicated it was a $450 value. The average price of cleaning (according to Angie's List articles!) is around $300 - $500, so I figured this would cover it as my house is only 1500 sq ft. - They scheduled my appointment. Conveniently for over 30 days from the purchase date. I was not aware that this would cause me to be unable to be eligible for a refund, but clearly "Integrity" was aware as they automatically get the money after 30 days have gone by. - "Integrity" came out to my house and told me it was going to be an ADDITIONAL $250+ over what I had already paid. They counted vents and trunks multiple times to make it seem as though I had severely underpaid for my cleaning. - The person at my house encouraged me to not conduct the services if I thought it was going to be too expensive. He even told me that he had been out late the previous night and didn't really feel like doing the work anyways. - I contacted Angie's List support on the same day of the visit to ask for a refund of what I had purchased they told me that they could not honor a refund because it was past the 30 days and could not make an exception even after I told them my situation. I will probably never use Angie's List again, and I would highly discourage anyone from conducting business with either Angie's List deals or the company without "Integrity".

Read fine print or they have you over a barrel

I have not moved forward at this time due to an unexpected medical emergency & helping our family in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

Clayton and Matt did a great job... very punctional, professional and friendly. They have great personalities and were very easy to talk with.

It was fine. I changed my order. When they came, they let me change something. They were delayed, by quite a while. They were supposed to come at noon or something and didn't get here until five. Otherwise, I thought they were fine, they were just delayed. What stuck out most is probably not something anyone else would like, it was two young guys, they were just funny, I don't know, they did what they needed to do, just funny. It probably would seem unprofessional to most people. Most people probably wouldn't like them. I don't feel like I'm a great person to give you feedback. They just seemed so young to me and I don't know what to say. They were eager to get there work done.

Fine. The gentleman and his daughter who came to do the work were very nice.

worker seemed in a hurry. blew the dust setting near top of register all oh over the floors, He could have been more clean.

Great. Mark was a very informative technician. He did a great job explaining the process and an outstanding job overall.

I had trouble with getting this setup for my house but asked to change the address and they were very accommodating. I cannot express how nice it was to have everything moved around and make my mother happy. There was an extra fee for the sanitization but worth the extra money.

No problems, arrived on time and did a great job!

While I am skeptical of the value of ductwork cleaning, my wife felt it needed to be done so we had Integrity do it. The technician was punctual, friendly, and professional. It seemed a bit pricey but I don't know that anyone would have done it any cheaper. I was a bit taken aback when he had to cut an access hole in our (brand new) ac ductwork but their machines do have to connect somehow. While still not entirely convinced this is a necessary, I was pleased with the job done.

Misleading ad. Via email they asked how many sq ft and I answered, They said they will do 10 heating vents, dryer vent, one trunk and other $28 extra. Once they came they asked $750 extra to complete work. Ended up negotiating to $450 and the angies list coupon. But this was a misleading ad through angies list and no dislcaimers were there. If I had gone though another local company who regularly does this it would have been $350 total.
