They were supposed to come back and inspect job and never returned.

Do not use this company (Chase Roofing And Masonry) They are not honorable and untrustworthy after they took the bottom bricks of the house and not putting support on the bottom, the upper bricks fall down. I addressed it to Tobias; his response was that they will charge me $10000.00 in cash plus the original price and not tell their boss. Yesterday they called me and told me that they will keep it to the original price $14550.00 I do not trust then to continue the job. They also fogged my signature on the contract. I will not recommend this company at all.

Poor customer service after the work is completed. The porch stairs suffers from discoloration; kind of like an oil stain. They tried to tell me that the stairs were just wet, but after 2 weeks to let it dry out, the discoloration remains. The only time I got any promise for action out of them was after I put up a negative review, and so, I did pull it down at least temporarily. I tried to work with them to schedule a return trip but then they failed to return my communications once again. 5 days have passed since I tried to contact them, with no response, and I have had it with this company. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

The guy that I was dealing with talked about all the things he was going to do extra (when the things that he did do were terrible). I am still waiting for my receipt for the amount I paid him to finish the job which was about 3-4 weeks ago.

Overall satisfied with the job done.

They gave me a price for a chimney repair, I accepted their high estimate price, then they started the job and charged $2,000 more basically because they did not estimate the job right in the first. Kind of a bait and switch. Not good at supplying paperwork.

They installed a mismatch of color on my roof. In my opinion, they should have match the color of the asphalt shingles closer to the existing one on the roof. For seven hours of work, I paid $4500. I think that was way too much. But I needed the roof repaired to be safe for the upcoming winter season. Roofers are hard to come by these days. Overall I am not satisfied. They did clean up after completion.

I will never use this company again, because they really disrepected me and they did not completed the job.

Didnt come the first day, left crap to be picked up and that took a week. Had to call on getting the garbage picked up twice. The guy they had do the work was very good.
