The project Manager, Sonny arrived at my property this past weekend. The work to be completed was waterproofing the east side of my property and tuck pointing or repairing five to seven bricks. I caught Sonny the project manager chiseling bricks that were not damaged thereby causing more work and additional payment on my part. On the water proofing job, Sonny tried to tell me there was a problem requiring additional money on my part, I realized then he was trying to scam me and I told him so. I told him to leave my property as I knew he was lying. I caught him destroying my bricks. When I noticed, he ran over to me claiming water was behind my bricks and the bricks were brittle. I am attaching before and after photos/video. There was no water behind my bricks! My bricks were not damaged only the few stated in the contract. The work on waterproofing is shoddy, at best. I am attaching photos and video evidence for your review and decision. I am now in the process of starting over.

DO NOT HIRE CHASE ROOFING! They came out quickly to start working on my roof and chimney and collect payment. That was August 20th, I was told they would be back in a few days no one showed up. I called and was told sorry about the delay we will be out to finish up in a few days. Now it is October 27th and I still have an unfinished roof and chimney. DO NOT HIRE CHASE ROOFING!
