Description of Work: Excellent work. Very thorough and punctual. I like it that I did not need to get any other contractors involved to add a 2nd heatpump to our home. They did all the work. It's expensive but I know you get what you pay for.

 + -1 moreMy wife and I thought our furnace finally died when it refused to cool our townhouse during a hot spell last summer. We were worried that the repairmen would insist on our buying a new furnace but instead they made a careful examination and gave us a good affordable option for repair. Even though the parts were not readily available, they found them and made a special order so that our furnace was back up and running about a week-and-a-half after their first visit. We were very happy with the service they provided.
Description of Work: Repaired over-frosted furnace and replaced necessary coils. Job took two trips: the first to diagnose and determine necessary parts; the second visit to actually repair the furnace once the parts arrived

 + -1 moreOverall, it was a good experience. It started out a little rough because he arrived an hour late. Currently, I work from home so I have a bit more flexibility, but it was still a hold up. However, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm new to taking care of these units and he was very helpful in walking me through it, providing helpful hints and did not seem to mind having an eye over his shoulder. He was very accessible, which was great. Also, he mentioned the government tax credit and I scheduled for a free estimate of a new unit. He did not try to sell me, but I inquired. Again, knowledgeable, professional and nice -- a great combination! If (and it's a big 'if' due to the finances) I move forward with a new unit, I'll be sure to repost.
Description of Work: Service check and cleaning of outside AC unit and inside furnace, including adding .5 lb of freon.

 + -1 moreI thought that they were pretty good. They were kind, courteous, and did a lot to ensure that they did not dirty the house. They went off thinking the job was complete though and forgot to plug in the furnace part. They came right back right away to fix the problem also.
