These folks have been timely, efficient, and cost effective a number of times for us. We have been very pleased with the service every time. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

Plumber was friendly and professional. Worked around our schedule and returned multiple times until the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Price reasonable. Very professional. Salesman (Sean) was honest and factual and did not use high pressure tactics as other companies I called did. Installers Jon/Derek very professional. Coldest day of the year. They just kept at it until job was finished. Found a water leak under house due to bumping old pipes. They called their plumber and repaired that day at their expense. They could have let it go and I would not have discovered until lots of damage incurred.

First when I called a person answered the phone. Big A+ there. We scheduled for Dereck to come out and estimate repairs. Pretty much needed new AC. Shawn arrived the following Monday. He explained That you don't just thrown a new AC on a slab. He checked out my house and measured and checked out the furance. Explaining it all to me. Very patience. I picked the most expensive unit out of the two choices. On Wednesday Jonathan and Nickolas put in my new one. I would not have change a thing on how things went. They call when they are on their way and worked continuously till it was done. These guys take no breaks. This AC unit is so much bigger and quieter than the old one. I have made a very good decision and when the furance goes out I will call them immediently because they are the best.

The estimate and price was right on. They were very professional, and clean and personable. Questions were answered and suggestions for future work were given. I was very pleased with the job done and recommend highly. We also use this company for heating and cooling with great satisfaction.

We chose them because they seemed to have a very good price. They seemed reliable, and the people who lived here before had used them to keep their furnace clean; they come in twice a year to clean their furnace and air conditioner. So, we decided to go ahead and use them. We were very satisfied. They did a very nice job. Their price seemed to be about like everybody else, but on something else we wanted them for, they seemed way too high, so, we did not use them on that. They came right away, and they were right on-time.

Installation went great. The guys installed very high quality work and were very respectful of our home and our schedule. I highly recommend Johnson for any work that may need be done.

Brandon came out, very professional, did a quick diagnostic, figured out we didn't need a new sump pump, cleaned the old one and got it working again, put it all back together, even unhooked my stuck hose in the front yard, gave me some good advice about caring for our sump pump (it pumps out our wastewater out of the washing machine and gets clogged a lot) and our water heater as well. He was pleasant, informative, prompt and I will definitely call Johnson the next time we have an issue (60+ year old house...it won't be very long until we have some kind of other issue, lol) and I will request Brandon. Very impressed!

Couldn't be more pleased. They arrived when they were suppose to, courteous, friendly,and knowledgeable. This was one of those cases where their were multiple problems and they systematically traced them down and repaired them as needed, and only as needed. I was expecting an enormous bill with the several visits they had to make but was quite pleased and never felt they took advantage. I honestly didn't think this kind of company existed any more. Small town values next to a big city.

Have service agreement with Johnson's for heating, cooling and plumbing. Plan is excellent, they call and remind you to set up the appointments for maintenance. The technician, Kevin Steele, was very friendly, punctual and professional. The office staff who answer the phone are also friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent overall, the technician was very helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand.

The chamge over went well and took all day. We did have to have a man out to redo one area but he agreed it should be done.

Work performed on-time. New HVAC system just one year old, so I wanted it checked out as it worked hard this Summer. I have used Johnson H&C for over two decades and they do good work. This Summer was very hot, but the new system did reduce my electric bill.

Good. They also provided a room/area a/c unit until repairs were completed. Update: On previous inspection (fall 2011) the Johnson's tech had inspected the A/C system at my request as, the prior service company had informed me that the A/C unit they installed about 8 years earlier already needed to be replaced. The tech from Johnson's informed me that the A/C unit was in good repair and that the issues I addressed with him were normal and not to be concerned with. Six months later (i.e. the next time I turned on the A/C) the system was reported to be unserviceable according to their tech. Despite my disappointment with Johnson's I was stuck in a service contract the initial tech had sold me.

Overall great work and experience.

We had a clogged drain, and needed plumbing work done. The were very professional, and super nice. Brandon explained everything to us that needed to be done.

It was great. A man came out to clean and he found a crack in our furnace, the next day they came out put in a new. They came in, did all of the piping and wiring was really good service. We have a really old house and it does seem to be time to get a new furnace.

,Where do I start? First we had Brian Kremmel come to the house and give us an estimate for the heat pump/air conditioner. He measured the entire house so that he would know what size unit we needed. Wow! What a nice young man...and clean too! He then gave us a quote and wasn't satisfied with the neatness of it because of some changes we made, so he went home, wrote up another quote and mailed it to us so we would have a neat copy. Above and beyond...! He also explained the water filtration system we purchased in depth. He even came back with a test kit and tested the water and checked on the technicians to see that everything was going well and that we were satisfied. He really down-played the fact that this unit is 20 times more quiet than the old unit because he didn't want us to be disappointed thinking we couldn't hear it at all. Well, we can barely hear it! It's wonderful. The air feels and smells much cleaner too. I have to give mention to John and Tim. They did an awesome job installing the units. Brian keeps checking on us to make sure everything is still ok. Yes...we are super satisfied! Today we had the water filtration system put in by their plumbers. Brandon and Kevin bent over backwards to find a way to install an icemaker in this small kitchen. They looked at every option and we (Brian, Brandon, Kevin and myself) decided it wouldn't work, but they hooked my refrigerator icemaker to the filtration system to make it safe to drink. Wow! I won't even list the ways they went out of their way for us. They even made me laugh. The water system is awesome. I don't have to worry now about what is in my water. I forgot to mention the other Kevin plumber who hooked up our gas grill. He was awesome too, as are the phone ladies. We like this company so much, if they could paint, we would hire them to do that too. Great job guys! You are all awesome!!!!!!!

Great job. Very neat and well mannered employees. Very friendly. Arrived on time and stayed until job was completed. Would recommend this company to anyone needing heating, cooling or plumbing work. This company has worked for me prior to this experience and has always provided top notch service! 1/8/2013...update. Altogether I was pleased with service. However Brian (the salesman) said I would be contacted in the fall to have new furnace inspected to be sure was all right. He said they inspected the air conditioner when unit installed as it was summer, but would return in fall to double check furnance. No one has ever called me to do this. Also Brian said that he would return the next week to clean the dirt left on the wall close to the ceiling where a vent was installed. Again, that never happened. Just an FYI for your consideration.

We woke up to a very warm house @ 6AM. I looked at the thermostat and it was 78 deg. Checked and found that the A/C unit was not working, came back in the house and heard on the news that it was going to be 94 deg and the hottest day of the season so far. I logged onto Angies List to find a repairman and most companies I called said that they could get someone out here in a day or 2. I called Johnson and was told that they were booked but they would get somebody here that day sometime so I told them yes. I got a call 1 hour later and they said they had a cancellation and could they come now. Doug got here about 30 mins later. He went right to work and after a short time he had found and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and knew a lot about heating and A/C systems. He gave me a bunch of really good suggestions, buttoned everything up and said goodbye. I was surprised at how little it cost to repair. I will call them again for any heating or A/C problems that I have.

Tim called before he came for our schedule appointment. He checked out the thermostat, furnace, & air conditioner - servicing them. Replaced pitted contacts after discussing it with me.

Woke up in the morning with water on the floor and garage. Called around for prices and how quickly a plumber could replace it. We were getting ready to go out of town and preferred to have it done same day. Call Johnson Heating and Cooling and was promptly greeted with a warm hello and they were extremely knowledgeable about the product and cost. I said thank you and called around other companies and found they were competitive with their price, but could also be there same day. I scheduled the service at 8 am and got a call at 12 that they would be there around 1. They were there at 1 and I showed them the water heater, and he began to work. The new water heater was taller than the old one, so they had to redo the pipping into the water heater, so it took longer than expected, but the work was done correctly and neatly. After almost 4 1/2 hours, he still took time to check all the faucets and show me how to maintain the water heater. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Very professional and friendly.

I use them in both my house for heating and air conditioning.

They installed the unit a year ago and we have a contact with them for preventative maintenance. They are prompt and very responsive. They are professional, thorough, and informative. They are very pleasant to deal with.

The receptionist was fine, the tech was fine. In fact, everyone there was friendly and professional. What I didn't like about the service was the price quoted for the fan motor. The installed price was going to be more than $700. I purchased the factory replacement motor from an online distributor for less than $180 and installed it in about 30 minutes. I rated this experience a 'C' meaning that it was average, not bad. Again, everyone was very professional, just overpriced in my opinion. Even if the fan would have cost Johnson $200 and they charged me double for it ($400) that means they would have charged over $300 to install something that took a novice only 30 minutes to do. I know better than to use bigger companies with shiny wraps on their trucks. They are not in the business of getting a fair price for the product and work that they provide, they are in the business of getting as much as the possibly can and I'm just not that kind of consumer.
