They were nice it just turns I don't need the deal right now.

Serviceman was on time, inspected plumbing through out home, attempted to flush out old water heater, but would not drain full of sediment. He was very skilled and gave me a fair price with all the labor.

Overall, he did an Ok job.. and was timely and respectful. But, a) While the "deal voucher" had an exhaustive list of things to do, he seemed to forget those things. I had to remind him... Then he agreed do do those. Would have been better if he had a checklist of some sort. b) He did a hard sell on me for a hot water heater claiming mine is old and leaking. Well, mine is old but it is not leaking. Further, I headed to Lowes afterwards and they quoted me $600 for same size tank (price included installation cost of $275). So, basically, I could get this done through Lowes for half the cost. (If I wanted to.. but there is nothing wrong with the current one anyway). It seemed that the whole point of the deal was to sell me a new water heater... Once I told the guy I was not interested, he somewhat lost interest in doing the inspection. He did get the job done.. but I had to remind him as to what things to check.. Disappointing.

A pipe behind one of our showers sprung a leak at 3 am. We didn't know what was wrong, but we knew it didn't sound good at all. We called Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to have their emergency on call plumber paged. We received a call back from Don within about 10 seconds after hanging up. He was at our house in about half an hour. Don was extremely pleasant (especially considering the horrible timing!) and wanted to diagnose and correct the problem quickly. He was able to find the leak behind our shower, fix it fast, and clean up before he left. We really couldn't have asked for better service. I hope Don is recognized for his good work and excellent customer service. We will definitely use Johnson Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in the future.

He was very knowledgeable. found the problem quickly. fixed that issue then he recommended I add new insulation around the main tubing going to house.. He went ahead and took care of that at no extra cost, which it did only take him 30 seconds, because he was very efficient during the whole process ... This company is on top of their profession in my opinion I've given referrals through word of mouth to friends and I they went with them too!!!

I can't say enough good things about the whole transaction, from the estimate to the installation. Shawn was very thorough in setting up the details of the installation to be done and Jon and Robert carried them out to the letter. They were very conscientious in keeping the work area as clean as possible throughout the installation and cleaned thoroughly after everything was completed. They also adapted some of the installation details to our specific needs, such as installing a pump to remove the condensation from the a/c. This may sound like an over the top review, but seriously, you just don't find very many professions with this level of efficiency. Of course to be efficient, you have to care first and that they did care was obvious in the work done.

They responsiveness stood out. We called them on a Saturday morning at 7:30 and they were here at 8:30.

I would definitely use this company again. The employee who came out was very friendly and professional. He wore shoe protection to avoid dragging dirt into the house. He was on time and very thorough in his inspection. He was willing to discuss several options for potential additional work. Great experience!

Plumber was on time. Assessed the situation and called for another plumber to bring pump. They stayed diligently on the job till completed. I was very pleased.

The technician called me back within 10 min of my original call for help when I discovered the leak. He told me what to do so everything would be safe until the next day. He arrived within the time window agreed upon the very next day. Professional and caring is the way I describe Johnson's plumbing as well as heating and cooling!

Scheduling worked out OK. He was very good and helpful completed the work in about a half an hour.

They fixed the problem. They were able to access the pipe where noone else had before. They were on-time, professional and polite. They had worked on our furnace in the past.

He arrived on time. He flushed the water heater not once, but five times until it was clear. In the past providers that have come to flush it only did it one time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything. I will certainly use this provider again and plan to switch my heating/cooling business to them.

Kevin Rupert was the gentleman they sent out. I signed up for a Angie's List deal to have my water heater flushed. I had a lot of questions about my overall home plumbing since we had just moved here a few months back. Kevin answered my questions...especially regarding my sump pump running extensively. We talked about options to raise the pump. I felt he was very responsive and not just here to do what he was supposed to do and leave. I would recommend him.

It went just fine. These guys are all very personable. And, what I have grown to like, is that they're not afraid to call someone back at the shop if they are struggling to find the "fix" to what they're doing. I have a heating system that is a "smart" unit that includes computerized communications back-and-forth from furnace to heat pump. On occasion the tech while in my home has been on the phone (one time to Trane engineers) for a good part of the service call. But the repair, when done, have been proper and effective.

Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me something I did not need and explained to me about water pressure which is set too high in my neighborhood. Per my request I needed to find my sewer overflow access pipe which was buried when the neighborhood was developed. They snaked my toilet hole down to the sewer with a camera to find the access pipe. They were neat and replaced my toilet with proper new toilet ring sealer.

I called them at 430 Friday afternoon and they were able to send a guy out to install the water heater right away. I had come home to a ruptured tank and the water was flowing out of it like a river! I was really grateful that I could get it done so late on a Friday.

I signed up for the yearly package. They came out and cleaned my air conditioning unit and made sure everything was operating correctly. Service man was on time and very courteous.

the repair man came out 20 minutes early and with another 20 minutes dignosed the problem..I had several ways I could go with this and with that several prices...my air conditioner is an off brand and I didint think they could fix it on a Friday but he did.he found the part..with the other parts and came back...and it was done in an hour or so..he was friendly and professional..Im very happy that on a Friday..my air was fixed and it was amazing...

You pay for the package and they come out to check your air conditioner every summer, spring, fall, winter. I've been with them for years.
